Merel's Dilemma

CHAPTER 10 - A bigger family

Merel turned and tossed in her bed. Everything hurt her, her arms, her head, her stomach, her legs, het back, EVERYTHING. It had been like this for a while too. She sighed, there was no way she could sleep like this, even though she was exhausted. Her pains started not that long ago, but they haven't been over since they started. Merel got up from her bed, she just couldn't sleep like this. Still exhausted, she went down the stairs. She checked in on Lola real quick, who was peacefully sleeping, just like Pinch. Merel sat down on the couch, not knowing what to do. After a while, she decided to get something to eat.

as she was chewing on chips she got, she was thinking. Where did this pain come from? Maybe she should check in wit the doctor tomorrow? 'Yeah, I'll do that.', she thought. 'I hope it's nothing bad...'. She finished her bag of chips and got another one. For some reason, she reaaaaaally wanted to eat those chips. 'I'm gonna get more chips when I get back from the doctor.', she thought. After a while, she went back to bed and finally fell asleep.

the next morning, Merel got ready. She already made an appointment with the doctor's office and she had to be there in 30 minutes. "Lola, Pinch, I'll be back soon!", she said, as she went out the door, onto the streets. She stepped into her car and turned it on, ready to go. After a 10 minute drive, she arrived. Opening the entrance door, she sat down in the waiting chamber. There were a bunch of other people there too. The nurses walked in every now and then to take a patient with them and after a while, it was Merel's turn. She followed the nurse into an office. "So, ms. Poezerd, what seems to be the problem?", the doctor asked. "Well, I kinda feel like shIT.", Merel said, and explained the whole thing. "I see, well, follow me, we'll find out what's wrong with you.", the doctor said and signed her to follow him. After what took maybe an hour, the results were there. "Well, I'm sure this is unexpected, but, yo gon have a babu.", the doctor announced. "I am going to have a what.", Merel asked. "Well. Okay then. Nothing I can't handle.", she shrugged. Another family member, great. "Thank you very much.", she said to the doctor and took her leave. On her way back home, she was thinking. It must be Finnocl's child since she cannot fuck a cat. 'I'll tell him when I get home.', she decided.
