ZEUS'S MASTERBOLT (BOOK 2-THE DRAGONS OF HAMELIN)

Welcome back party

Zeus transported me to Uranus's Palace and I landed right next to the master bolt!!

The place was very dark and very unspacious so I took the bolt in hand and expected to go back to Zeus's Palace but that did not happen.

Waiting like forever I did not go back and that would mean that Zeus tricked me and dumped me here.

I tried to get out but there was no door to come out.

Waiting and waiting trying to get out hours or maybe days went by. After around five hours, the place opened like a egg getting broken , it opened from the top .

I saw a gigornomous face staring to check if  the bolt is in, he shouted "Give the bolt" but before I could register his face and he could grab me I landed near Zeus.

"Ah ! You got the bolt back at last ,I thought you had got kidnapped by Uranus in the chest " Zeus said impressively .

"Chest ? You send me in a chest , and however that chest was too big to be a chest ." I replied defying Zeus

" Hey ! I have a chest which is big enough to fit me , who are you?? "Zeus questioned.

" Ok fine, at least take the bolt back and keep it in a safe place before anyone takes it again like last time. I do not even know where my son is!! "
I said angrily.

"Your son is at home " replied Zeus both reassuringly and grumpily.

I can tell you that Zeus gave me the 'Next time if I hear that you are gonna get zapped ' look.

"Now please can you destroy Uranus"
I retorted.

"No not until Gaia is destroyed, otherwise Gaia has the powers to bring Uranus back in a jiffy" Zeus said.

" What! Gaia is back? " I said.

" Yes, when he had the bolt, he sold it to get Gaia back and then took it back threatening 'The Master' by taking his life away although he didn't kill him" Zeus replied.

"That's sounding like trouble I have seen 'The Master' and can tell you he doesn't look friendly, he looks like a monster" I sadly said.

"The only way to defeat Gaia is weird and tough, which is to somehow bring Gaia to Olympus where my power is the most and then weaken her somehow and then I will use a normal but strong bolt made from my very own Cyclops, though out of them the best one was killed by Apollo"exaggerated Zeus (as written in The Trials Of Apollo - The Dark Prophecy - Book 2 - Rick Riordan)

"And how are we going to do that may know? "said I.

"How are YOU going to do that, I personally don't know. Now go and get Gaia here and don't waste my precious immortal time, I want to see my serial now, it is starting in ... four minutes ten seconds and five milliseconds... Oh and don't forget that you have to take how much ever time you want but it should be more than an hour four minutes fifty-two seconds twenty-one milliseconds because i want to see my serial and the time is starting NOW "replied Zeus.

"Ok let's see the circumstances here, I am supposed to go to Gaia all by myself, then somehow bring her here and then tell her to wait for sometime so that you get a lighting bolt and I should somehow weaken her so then she can die and don't forget I have to be out of the way so that I don't get zapped to with Gaia, Hmm.. Sounds simple"sarcastically said by me.

"Aah, but Uranus is holding a welcome back party for Gaia after a day and a huge crowd is coming including Giants and monsters, Titans may also come"said Zeus.

"Right... , so now you want me to enter the party somehow, then bring her here ......."I said  before being interrupted by Zeus  who vanished in mid-air.

One of my fathers servants escorted me to a room where I could stay for the night and then next day go hunting for Gaia.I could  not sleep that night as i was pondering on the thought that how am i going to drag Gaia over here , disguising in the party was one of the easier parts , dragging my grandmother without my grandfather noticing is an impossible task .

I slept on the thought and woke up early to get ready for the party which being informed by my father the previous night  was being held in the middle of the Sahara desert in Uranus' palace.I disguised myself with the help of few servants like a typical arai .My father then entered the room and gave me a bottle .

I asked him "What is this?"

He smiled and he replied back " Use it when next to Gaia it will put her to sleep and then immediately you will have to come to Olympus where I will be present and the remaining job is  up to me"

As soon as I got ready a servant escorted me outside the castle so I could go to the party. I used my father's ability to transport myself through the sky.I reached right outside the castle,I landed few meters before the castle so that no monster would suspect me of being something else other than an arai. As I inched towards the castle I saw Cyclops' many monsters, arai,minotaurs,giants,no Titans thankfully.

Then I entered the castle....
