Forty five days since that girl showed up and ruin everything. Two weeks since I lost Savannah, it was the same time I went with Cassandra and her pals. Fourteen days of not hanging out with 5X anymore but I still spoke to Jairus, Zayn and Vince though. Honestly I missed them, I missed those days I have shared with them and all that is happening now make tons of shits inside my system. But I've got no choice but to accept things as it is now because fighting seems futile already. And besides, at the end of the day what really matters are those people who stood by you and never left.
Unexpected things either good or bad happens all the time and you just have to accept it for what it's worth and think that there are still ways to crawl out from this pit and start anew. I haven't lost them all and I think that's enough for now. But it would have been a lot better if things weren't this messed up. Oh well, some things are just really not meant to be right? "Ate!" Angelo is beaming at me as I exit our classroom.
Lately, lage nalang sila ang kasama ko. If not them, I am with Cass and company or with Gavin and the others. "Oh, aga nyo ah."
"Of course you promised na ikaw magdadala ng lunch ngayon." Liam cut in grinning.
"Last night's dinner was by far one of the tastiest I've ever eaten." Tumango naman yung iba sa sinabi ni Andrew in agreement. Yeah you heard it right, they raid my condo last night without telling me ahead of time nabigla nalang ako ng mapagbuksan ko silang apat ng pinto. It is okay with me though since if not for them my thoughts would have all go back to the time when I still enjoy the company of Savannah and 5X which would only make me upset.
"Ate dun ulit ako matutulog mamaya ha." Angelo had that expectant bunny eyes which I couldn't say no to kaya tumango nalang ako kaagad. Doon din kasi sya natulog last night, he can't seem to accept the fact that he can't beat me over Xbox. And right now, I am very much aware of the murmurs around us but I already stopped caring about what other people says long ago. Nahuli ko pang nakatingin sa amin sina Yna at Savannah. I wonder where 5X are.
"Ano na Az gutom na mga alaga ko?" Logan asked whilst holding his tummy.
I rolled my eyes on him before I tug Angelo's arm. "Kami nalang kukuha." We caught the attention of some students as the two us walked to the parking lot. Iniwan ko kasi sa sasakyan yung lunch namin.
"Bakit sila nakatingin ate?"
"Aba malay ko?" He looks rather cute when he grimaced at what I said kaya hindi ko napigilan ang sarili ko na kurutin yung pisngi nya. And that scene was what greeted Sy as he steps out if his car with a frown. Whatever it is that's running on his head is already none of my business so I chose to avert my gaze from his piercing black eyes and walked straight to my car. And I felt his presence stayed longer than expected before he left.
Pabalik na kami sa loob when I realized na makakasalubong na naman namin ang 5X papunta silang cafeteria. Seriously, fate must have been really enjoying this awkward crossing of our paths. "Blue!"
"Zayn." I greeted in equal tone.
