After that little show, we eat silently on our chosen table. No one talked but the tension was there. I can even feel the stares from the students of other schools who witnessed everything. I was still preoccupied about what that Cooper guy just said. What is it to him if I am from the east?

"Stay away from him." Sy was the one who broke the silence first. His voice was not loud but the warning in it makes me raised my head and looked at him.

"Why?" I asked though I already know about the grudges between the north and the east for ages.

"Anyone from the north is an enemy especially Fierro. He leads them." It was Vincent who answered which is very unusual. I was about to butt in when what he said next stopped me. "Remember how they attacked our school the last time, how they beat up those students and shoot those poor guards. Some of them may not look like it but they're evil from within." This must be very serious for him to talk this long.

I bite my lower lip to refrain myself from talking back. It's already bad that the rivalry between the two is pretty strong but saying anyone from the north is a foe is just too much. Pero ayuko din namang magmarunong since isang hamak na transferee lang ako. Maybe I'll just act if it needs to be, for now go with the flow nalang muna.

After half an hour we are already gathered on the assembly area for Stonewall, nasa katabing area naman namin ang Xavier High na representative din ng east. We were brief by our head teacher before we go to our respective coaches. "Later Az." I nodded at Savannah before I walked towards the soccer team.

Unang naglaro sina Sy kaya nanood kami ni Savannah. It was an easy win for Stonewall against Greisham University na representative ng west. Now we are seated on the bleachers waiting for our men's soccer game against Crimson North High to start. Crimson High is the second representative of the north at kung titinignan ang physical built ng dalawang team wala naman masyadong pinagka-iba. This game will be all about skills and game strategies and I hope this will be a clean match too.

"Oh si Gavin ba yang number 44?" Biglang tanong sa akin ni Sav kaya tinanguan ko naman sya. "Who would have thought he is into active sports like this. Eh lagi lang naman yang nagbabasa ng libro sa sulok."

"I was surprised too when he told me that. I never even saw him practiced but the fact that he is a regular means he's good." I heard Sy snort. He was sitting on the row behind me and Savannah actually magkatabi silang lima sa likod. And those giggles from their fan girls is starting to tick me off.

"Blue diba first game nyo din mamaya?"

"Hmm, but mauuna yung game nila Sav. Mamaya pa kasing 3 pm yung sa amin."

"And your gymnastics?" I gulped twice before I answered Jairus. I didn't know that just the mere idea that he is interested would make me happy.

"It would be tomorrow at 8 am, we'll only have the elimination round for balance beam and vault for today." He did not comment anymore but it's okay with me. Masaya na ako because he talked to me.
