Dominic shook uncontrollably, his hand trembled as his panic attack ebbed. His valet soothed his master, brushing the blond hairs back. "Leave me!" Dominic growled.
The valet had learnt Dominic's panic attacks made him angry but he needed a childlike calming. He glanced into the blue eyes of Dominic. There were lines around his face that shouldn't of been on his face. Years of exhaustion catching up on him.
"Dermont, can't you hear leave?!" Dominic snapped.
Ignoring his protests the valet brought his master a cup of ale, Dominic took it and allowing the father figure to kiss him gently on the forehead. "I'll have a bath prepared, my lord,"
Dominic sat wordlessly, looking at his hand. Sighing, he could only think that with every nightmare came a blasted panic attack. He was stuck with it nothing could relive him. His wife luckily was in the other room and the master of the household should not be seen as weak.
Especially by his wife, Jacqueline did not need to see him so weak.
