I was at track practice today when my dad rolled up next to me after we'd gotten back from the workout to tell me that I had an orthodontist appointment that he had totally forgotten about haha And my teammates running around me were laughing at how much of a dork he was being as he called out my name
He did get kinda pissed at me for not stopping to talk to him though...but I committed myself to this sport dad so *starts singing queen* don't stop me nooooow!
And this isn't even the worst part (not that my dad embarrassing me and pulling me from practice early is all that terrible)
At my appointment, I had this lady take care of me who I had never seen before. At first I didn't think much of it, but very soon I realized she must have been new or something because she took forever, kept messing up (which added to her slowness), and kept hurting me. She kept clipping my lip with those stupid wire clippers and was straight up yanking on my teeth when trying to change those color band things. All in all I was very relieved when it was over eheheh....
