I Can't Get No Satisfaction

I took a deep breath, picked up my 59' Les Paul, flashed an evil looking grin, and began to play the opening chords to Satisfaction by the Rolling Stones. The crowd went wild when they realized what Song I was playing.

I stepped up to the microphone, and began to sing.

"I can't get no satisfaction

I can't get no satisfaction

Cause I try, and I try, and I try, and I try

I can't get no, I can't get no

When I'm drivin' in my car

And that man comes on the radio

And he's telling me more and more

About some useless information

Supposed to fire my imagination

I can't get no, oh no no no

Hey hey hey, that's what I say.

I can't get no satisfaction

I can't get no satisfaction

Cause I try, and I try, and I try, and I try

I can't get no, I can't get no"

I looked at Steven, who was grinning as usual, and then into the crowd. I noticed in the second row, to Steven's right, and my left, was my family, and in the row behind them, was the entire band and their girlfriends, and sitting sext to them, was Mick Jagger and Keith Richards.

Keith was grinning at me and nodded in approval, and Mick Jagger did the same. I grinned back, and continued the song.

"When I'm watching my tv

And that man comes on to tell me

How white my shirts can be

But he can't be a man 'cause he doesn't smoke

The same cigarettes as me

I can't get no, oh no no no

Hey hey hey, that's what I say.

I can't get no satisfaction

I can't get no girl reaction

Cause I try, and I try, and I try, and I try

I can't get no, I can't get no

When I'm riding round the world

And I'm doing this and singing that

And I'm tryin' to make some girl

Who tells me baby better come back later next week

Cause you see I'm on a losing streak

I can't get no, oh no no no

Hey hey hey, that's what I say.

I can't get no, I can't get no

I can't get no satisfaction

No satisfaction, no satisfaction, no satisfaction."

Though the song doesn't actually have a guitar solo in it, I placed one that I've been working on, at the end of the song. I shred out some sick notes and chords long enough to make a minute long solo.

Just as I was about to finish up, Keith Richards gave me a standing ovation and was grinning and clapping. I finished the song, and bowed slightly, and then pretended to worship Keith. I hopped off stage for a moment to hug Keith and Mick.
