Chapter 8: Mom-to-be

After eating and paying, we get back into the van. The driver started driving to the interview.

As we get into the set Luke let's go of my hand and somehow disappeared. I looked by the makeup and saw Calum. I walked up to him.

"Hey Calum" I said.

"Hey" he said. "Has Luke talked to you about it?" He looked at me while the makeup artist tabbed his face with some makeup.

"No, not really" I said.

"Well, he is talking to our manager so you guys can talk" he said.

"Thanks" I said.

"No problem" he said.

I turned around and walked to the manager. I saw Luke and I walked up to him. I didn't want to interrupt so I stood there. Luke saw me and intertwined our hands. I looked around and saw Michael getting his hair done and Ashton on his phone.

"Amber" Luke said getting my attention.

"Yes?" I asked.

"Would it be ok if we tell I guess the fans about it dur-" I cut him off.

"Can we not call it it, and instead call it Berry?" I asked.

"Why berry?" He asked.

"I was thinking of strawberries" I said.

"Sure" he smilies. "So I wanted to know if it would be ok to tell the fans about Berry during the interview?" He asked.

"If it's fine with management then sure. The fans are going to fine out soon, might as well we'll be soon" I said.

"Ok, then the fans will find out today" he smiled pulling me into a hug.

Oh my gosh, I'm not going to lie to myself. I'm scared to see their reactions.

"Don't be nervous" Luke said tightening our hug slightly.

"I'm just scared to see their reactions" I confessed. I pulled away from our hug but Luke wouldn't me.

"I'm hugging you now because then later there will be a bump between us" he said and I smiled at his cuteness.

"You should tweet you fans that you have a surprise. And after tweet it for the fans who can't see the interview" Ashton said walking up to us.

Luke nodded then put his chin in my shoulder. I hugged his shoulders while he had his arms around my waist.

"On in five!" The producer yelled.

"Luke, you need to go" I said

"I have four minutes" he said.

"Four minutes before I kick your ass" I muttered.

"Heard that" he said.

"You hear everything" I said.

"That's not my fault" he said.

"Luke, let go of Amber and sit on the couch" Ashton said.

Luke let go. He gave me a quick peck on lips before walking into the set and then siting between Michael and Calum.

"Five...four....three....two..." The producer said and the cameras started recording.

"And we are back with 5 seconds of summer" the interviewer said.

The crowed clapped and some yelled, making me laugh.

"How are you guys?" The interviewer asked.

"Great" Luke said.

"Good" Ashton and Calum said.

"Nauseous" Michael said.

"Why nauseous?" She asked.

"Because Luke was being all cute with his girlfriend" Michael scoffed. I giggled.

"Why doesn't she come on" she said.

I shook my head. Not that I'm nervous it's just that it's the bands interview.

"It's not fair, this is the bands interview not mine and Luke's" I yelled so they could here me.

"Ok, let's start with the questions" she said holding an iPad.

She asked a couple questions about the album and some about the boys. I would either smile or giggle.

But it was the end to the interview were Luke is going to announce Berry.

"So I heard Luke has a special announcement" the interviewer said, as she said that, I grew nervous.

Luke nodded and smile. The boys smiled.

"I'm going to be a dad" he said smiling, and the crowd cheered. My eyes watered slightly and I smiled.

"Would the mom-to-be like to come out?" She asked me.

Since it was the end I nodded and walked to the boys. I sat on Luke's lap, he wrapped his arms around my growing bump.

"Congratulations" she said. "Do you have a bump?"

I nodded and stood up. I pulled the black sweatshirt up and showed my bump which was already pretty big.

I pulled the sweatshirt back down and say on Luke's lap again.

"If it's a boy it should be names Michael" Michael said "and it's a girl, then Mikey".
I giggled.

"I think you should it Ashton" Ashton said.

"So if it's a girl, we can call it Ashy. No" I said.

"We still have a lot of time until we have to pick names" Luke said. I nodded.

"Have you had any weird cravings?" She asked.

I thought for a couple of seconds before shaking my head.

"That's such a lie" Michael said. I looked at him confused.

"You've eaten all the ice cream in our house" he said.

"But I've had help" I said pointing at Ashton.

"Plus ice cream is like the only thing I can eat. Everything else makes me nauseous" I said.

"Have you guys had your first sonogram?" She asked.

Luke and I shook our heads.

"We have an appointment on Friday" Luke said as I nodded.

"Luke is going to recorded everything live" Calum said.

"Last question, any specific gender?" She asked.

"I don't care, as long as it's heathy" I said.

"Same" Luke said.

"Boy" Michael said.

"Girl" Ashton and Calum said in sync.

The interview finished and Luke tweeted.

Luke held my hand as we walked out. We get into the van and then drove back to the boy's house.

The van pulls up to the house and we get out. We walked in and go straight to the living room.

The boys put a movie on but I didn't care, I'm tired.

"Take a nap" Luke said. I nodded and put my head on his shoulder. After a little while I fell asleep.
