Chapter 16: Party Time

It's my first baby shower today, and I'm really excited. Liz and I especially. Luke and I still haven't my tolled anyone the genders, which is good.

*BEEP BEEP BEEP*

I get up and hit the alarm, another bad sleep. This bump. Now that the babies are growing a little more you can tell its either going to be a big baby or 2 small babies.

Luke never wakes up to the alarm so I usually have to do it.

"Luke" I said then kissed his lips. "Luke" I said kissing his lips again. "Luke" he opens one eye. "Hi"

"Where's my kiss?" He asked and I kissed his lips.

"Let's, go" I said pulling away. "Our baby shower is today"

"I don't want to get up" he whined.

"Let's go Luke, this is every morning" I said.

"This bed is comfy" he said and I rolled my eyes.

"You better get out of his fucking bed right now" I snapped and his eyes went wide and quickly got up. "Now go get ready"

He nodded and left to our closet. I got up and grabbed a bra and underwear. Since is didn't know what to wear that's all I had. I walk to the the bathroom and turned the shower on. I strip from my clothes and get in.

"Babe" I heard Luke call.

"Yeah" I said.

"Can I join you? All the other boys are using the bathrooms" he asked.

"Sure" I said.

He gets in and closes the door. I started washing my body by the time Luke got in.

"Hello" he says.

"Hi" I said.

He puts his hand on my bump. I smiled.

"You're getting so big" he said.

"Well there two in there" I said.

"I love you" he said.

"I love you too" I said.

After showering I put on a bra and underwear with gym shorts. I'm looking through the closet for an outfit. I decided on grey jeans, a tight white long sleeve shirt with a light grey scarf. I put on my black toms and then go to my vanity to get ready. I put on concealer, eyeliner and mascara, plus a light pink lipgloss. I then curl my hair and pinning the front part back.

Once I'm ready I get my purse ready which is just putting my phone in there since the ready of my stuff are already in there.

I then go downstairs to see the boys ready.

"Ok, let's go" I said.

We get to Liz and Andrew's house. The boys enter first and then I was last.

"Oh my Gosh, you're so big" Liz said holding my hand and pulling out to see my bump. I hug her, as best as I could, and also Andrew.

"Come in" Andrew said.

"Thank you" I said stepping in.

"Everyone called and said they are on their way" Liz said. "Guess who's coming?"

"I suck at guessing" I said honestly.

"Lexie and Victoria" she said and my jaw dropped. I hugged her.

Lexie and Victoria were my best friends since I moved to Australia.

"Thank you, so much" I said hugging her.

"Awe" I heard, Liz and I look to where the noise came from to see Luke and the boys looking at us.

"Thank you again" I said to her pulling away.

"How many thank yous" Luke asked.

"As many as I want" I said.

"Go look outside" Liz said and I nodded.

Luke intertwined our hands and walked with me outside. I looked and my jaw dropped, pink and Blue balloons and a giant table full of food, actives and a lot more.

"This is amazing" I said as I looked around.

"I'm can't wait for the gender reveal" Liz said and I looked at Luke.

"You will be surprised" Luke said.

"Liz, some people are here" Andrew said.

"Oh ok, be right back" she said before leaving.

Luke kissed my temple and wrapped is arm around my shoulder. He mumbled 'I love you'

"I love you too" he said.

"How do you know that's what I said?"he said cockily.

"Because you wouldn't say 'olive juice'" I said.

"Amber!" I heard someone yell. I look up and see Ben and Jack.

"Hey" I said, as Luke let go of me.

"You've gotten so big" Ben said hugging me. Jack agreed as he hugged me.

"That's what happens when you have a baby" I said.

"I'm so happy for you guys" Jack said, as he hugged as again.

"Where are the boys?" Ben asked.

"Probably somewhere eating" Luke said, and I nodded.

After about an hour and a half, everyone was there. I was now talking to Lexie and Victoria just catching up.

"Can I borrow her?" Luke asked my friends, they laughed but nodded. I smiled and went with him.

He held me hand and guided to the back of the house, where no one was.

"What's wrong?" I asked, as he looked nervous.

"N-nothing" he stuttered. I looked at him, "fine"

"Amber Evelyn Brooks" he started, "these past fours have honestly been the best four years of my life. I knew the first time I was you, I wasn't going to have you since you were cool and popular. But I still had hope. The day you asked me on a date, my heart had exploded. Then I finally grew a pair and asked you to be my girlfriend. I know we are young and we are just getting started in our lives but I wouldn't want to spend it without you"

I already had my hands over my face, crying. He got down on one knee. 

"Amber, will you please do me the honor of marrying me?"
