chapter 21 pt.1 - goodbye, love

YOUR POV

Me and Jungkook then went together to math class to have our next lesson.

Jungkook seems fine. But in the other hand, me, am not fine.

I kept on worrying about what will happen later when taemin have been there too.

"(Y/n), you okay?"

I was startled by his sudden question. So i stopped walking. Jungkook then followed me and stopped walking too.

"Huh?"

"Is there something bothering you?" Jungkook asked me, worried.

"Uhm..no" i lied.

"You look sick." Jungkook said while putting the back of his hand on my forehead, checking my temperature.

I just remained frozen. Standing there, letting jungkook check on me.

After jungkook was done checking on me, he said that i was okay and we decided to continue going to math class.

I can't help but to still feel anxious of what will happen next.

We then arrived at math class and there, i saw taemin already there, waiting for me to come.

Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit.

I kept on repeating that word on my mind.

I then found his eyes met mine and soon, he's approaching me.

"Hey girlfriend! What took you so long?" Taemin said, saying out the 'girlfriend' very clearly and loudly so everyone can hear him, especially jungkook. He comes to me and pulled me to sit beside him.

I can see taemin giving jungkook a teasing look and jungkook giving taemin a pissed look.

I didn't know what to do. I didn't know what to say. So i just remained silent.

A part of me is sad that i'm ditching my best friend for a boy or should i call, my boyfriend.

But a part of me was happy that taemin was treating me like her actual girlfriend. Even though, i am his actual girlfriend, but still.

Meanwhile jungkook was standing there, looking confused.

JUNGKOOK'S POV

WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!
Is this a nightmare?!

Is it only me but why does taemin called (y/n) his girlfriend?!

This must be wrong! It couldn't be! (Y/n) never told me she was in a relationship! And worse, with taemin.

I decided to sit behind (y/n), so that i can know more about 'them'.

Before, (y/n) told me that she didn't even like taemin anymore.. this must be a prank.

Yes, a prank. A prank that taemin and (y/n) has setup for me as a suprise. Yea. It must've been that.

Haha.. only a prank. Let's believe that for now.

Math class soon started and i couldn't even focus on the teacher in front because..

They both, in front of me was doing such lovey dovey things.

I could see taemin getting real close with her. Taemin pulled his chair closer to (y/n)'s, then puts his arm around her then sometimes would lean forward, making them have no spaces at all and earning a playful punch from (y/n) in the arm.

Let's believe that they are only acting this whole time...

I was looking at them the whole time and didn't even glance straight, to see the teacher explaining shit.
