“ ma.. labas naman tayo oh!”
It’s the day after our sleepover.. and we decided to have a break since hindi maganda ang pakiramdam ni Rhian..
“hmmmm…”
She took her planner and checked if she’s free
“please…*puppydog eyes*”
“*sigh* okay..tapusin ko lang to!”
“ayos! Thanks ma!”
Mabilis akong nakaligo at nakapagbihis. Syempre, ngayon na lang ulit kami makakalabas ni mama ko noh! When I got out of the room, I saw my mom in front of her planner, making few adjustments I guess..
“let’s go!”
I stood infront of her and she raised her eyes and placed her planner inside her bag
“excited?”
“of course ma! Tara na at mag-date!!”
“I’m more that excited anak!”
She held my hand as we walked to her car. I turned on the stereo and started selecting songs. Woah! Nakikinig ang mama ko ng On the Floor by J. Lo???
“tonight we’re gonna hit on the floor!”
I threw my hands up
“anak…”
She lowered the volume of the stereo
“I miss you..”
I lokked at her and smiled
“ma? Andrama mo?”
She chuckled and I did
“sakali bang magkita ulit kayo ng papa mo, pakikitunguhan mo ba siya ng maayos?”
Mas madrama pala to..
“ma? Pwedeng change topic?”
She managed to smile
“sige na nga! Sa lovelife na lang tayo?”
Eng! Eng! Eng! Wrong answer
“what about my lovelife ma?”
“hmmm.. okay sakin yung Brandon aa.. pero gusto mo ba?”
“ma! Change topic ulit!”
“hay naku! Hindi ko naman kasi alam kung ano ang mga hilig mong gawin o pag-usapan?”
“ii kung magkwento ka na lang about sa work mo ma?”
Na-excite naman si mama! Sobrang mahal niya ang work niya kaya hanggang makarating kami sa mall ay tungkol dun ang pinag-uusapan namin,,
“so, where do we go?”
She asked me while she searched for a space in the parking lot
“kain muna tayo ma! North park?”
“sounds great!”
Medyo madami kaming na-order. Medyo na-excite din kasi kaming kumain ng sabay
“thanks God *burp*”
“oh ma! Ikaw naman mag-decide kung saan tayo pupunta next..”
“hmmmm…”

“ay naku! Sandali lang anak aa!”
