Trouble in the neighborhood

Kitty's pov

"You may go out until 5:30"
My mother Says as if this makes her a good parent.
"But that's only a hour" she nods and I just leave and immediately tell all my friends I have one hour to be free. It works out perfectly. I walk out of my house and my name is instantly called by my boys.
"Kitty!" they all shout. They told me they were at the hill behind my house around 11:00 so I was surprised to still see them there.
I ran to the hill desperate for face to face conversations. When I get there I see Cody and kicking a ball to each other an Keith ground under blankets that they got from Cody's house. I told them I have an hour.
" That's it?" Roy asked
"Yep" I say as I get the ball from him and kick it back to Cody myself. I then walk away towards the park and like puppy dogs they follow. I just love them so much!
"Who wants to go to Tia's with me?" I ask and they all agree
When we get there she introduces me to her cousin just before she leaves.
I look at the time and see that I have 15 minutes til I need to be home.
"Hey babygirl wanna walk with me cuz I gots to go home"
"Sure let me get on some shoes first"
Roy Isaac and Cody are all passing the ball around while Keith is writing a story of non existent love between him and Tia. I don't like Tia thinking I'm mad at her because once she does its like she never believes that I'm not, so I try really hard not to get mad when I see Roy tickling and slapping Tia's ass. Sometimes I feel like they do that on purpose. We get to the top of the hill and I tell them to go and I'll see them later. They don't. They all walk with me to my house and I was about to say goodbye when I realize I never follow the rules. But god I should have. We all go out in front of my house and without trying we become very loud.
"Excuse me could you be quiet my neighbors are trying to sleep and my cats autistic and gets jumpy when there are loud noises.!" My bitchy neighbor snapped.
" Taylor just go back inside" I yell. I hate her. We go back a long way.
"Umm no I don't have to there are elderly people trying to sleep and if I hear noise again I'll call the cops."
"Okay well be quiet thank you and sorry" Cody tells her
Isaac just got louder because apparently he doesn't listen ether. He took my jacket and
I kept yelling for him to give it back. And then Taylor came back out.
"That's it I'm calling the cops"
Isaac hands me my jacket and sprints away. We all try reasoning with Taylor but being the fucking botch that she is she called the cops. She once called the cops because she THOUGHT I took her Barbie. I begged everyone to go. But no one listens to me. The cop gets there and I'm the first to speak.
" We didn't mean to be loud but her bother took my coat and started yelling like a crazy man all through the streets." Keith is constantly telling me to tell him that he had nothing to do with it. Roy spoke next then Cody then Tia each telling the same story just differently.
"Well I don't want to get another call or your parents will be involved."
"Oh thank god if my mom found out shed kill me. " Tia said then when she realized that a MVP was there she added "not literally!!!!"
I just laugh at her. I say bye to everyone and give hugs out. I dread the moment I get inside
" Kitty! give me your phone"
" No " I say " it's only ten minutes since I had to be in"
"Yeah ten minutes to late" so me and my mom got into a fight that ended with both of us bleeding and my ankle sprained. I called Tia and told her to meet me at uni mart and that I was spending the night.
