Real Lies

I look over to the bus next to me, about to leave school. I see Keith waving to get me.
"Go to Cody's." he mouths to me.
"What time?" I mouth back. He uses his hands to tell me three thirty. I nod and go back to my conversation with Kylie.

Tia's pov

"Hey kitty what's up"
"Lets go. " She says and enters my room getting my shoes for me.
"What?"
"Keith told me to go to Cody's and I don't want to go alone." Then she looked as if she wanted to say more... and then she did " Plus its more fun with you."
I cave in and made my way to the door telling my mom I'd be back before six. Kitty is always getting me out if the house, sometimes I just want to relax like dang I'm not even feeling good. We get to Cody's and kitty knocks in the door. I wait for her to move so I can go in too, but she turns right back around.
"He's asleep."
I sigh relieved and I start walking back to my house. I realize that she's not following me so I turn around and see her walking in the opposite direction. I run to catch up to her.
"Umm babygirl" I ask
"Yes baby cakes?"
"Where are we going again?"
"To Keith's. "
I nod. "Why are we going to Keith's again?"
"Because he told me to be at Cody's at 3:30 and he wasn't soooo.."
We get to Keith's house just feet away from Roy's and I can tell kitty's having a hard time.
"Knock knock knock" kitty says as she taps the door.
"Hello?" A little boy opens the door.
"Hey can we talk you your big brother?" I ask talking down to him. He nods and goes inside. We wait there for about five minutes before questioning what happened to Keith.
"Knock again" I tell kitty
"No you"
I knock and ring the doorbell. The little boy answers again.
"He's in the bathroom. He'll be out in a minute. "
The door is shut again and we are left again waiting in chilling air. We wait...and wait....and wait until.
"Should we knock again?" kitty ask and I knock again...and again....and again. Every so often ringing the doorbell. Finally we get annoyed and start to walk to back to my house. We turned the corner and was stopped by our names being called. We look behind us to see Keith walking towards us.
"Finally. " Kitty exaggerates the story of waiting.
"Lets go to Cody's" he says and starts walking.
"Baby boy Cody's asleep."
He looks at me then at kitty. She nods.
"Well shit. "

We all decide to go to the factory to get wifi.
"Why haven't you updated?" I ask kitty.
She was writing a book about our lives on this app called Watpadd about how we all met and became friends.
"Updated what?" Keith ask. Kitty and I both laugh and whisper about whether or not to tell him.
"Umm nothing you need to know about.?" I say laughing between my words.
"No tell me. " He pleads.
Kitty decides to tell him and everything about it.
"I'm writing a story about all of us and our friendship and how it came to be. Like how we all got here. My names Cat, Tia's name is Trinity, your name is Kevin, Roy's name is Ron and Cody's name is Cory."
