I remember it now, it takes me back to when it all first started

But I've only got myself to blame for it, and I accept that now

It's time to let it go, go out and start again

But it's not that easy

But I've got high hopes, it takes me back to when we started

High hopes, when you let it go, go out and start again

High hopes, ooh when it all comes to an end

But the world keeps spinning spinning

Chapter 2: Diagon Alley

Hermione had just apparated to her parents' house to tell them the news when she found them staring at nothing in particular. As if... as if they they'd been trying to catch something that was no longer entirely there. After retrieving their memories, her parents had decided that they liked living in Australia, so they simply moved to a different part of it. Basically to avoid the possible mix-ups with the society they were living in.

Their memories were back, but they've never really been the same. Hermione thinks that it's because of her spell. Mrs. Weasley however, is absolutely certain that it's due to the fact that Hermione's never home anymore. Now that they remember her, they tend to miss her.

She softly knocked on the living room's door.

"Hey!" She said softly, a small smile on her face.

Delight was all over their faces. "Sweetie," her mother hugged her, "What's this wonderful surprise?"

Hermione played with the hem of her dress, as if it's no big deal. "They've asked me to go back to Hogwarts yesterday-"

Her father's reaction was slightly less ecstatic than her mother's. See, he's had it worse. Always worried about the fact that she's never home. Not to mention that she's been down a lot lately. He blamed it on that Weasley boy, but she insisted that she was happier than ever, and all his worrying was useless. Yet her dad was the kind of man that would rather have his daughter away and happy, than lock her up where she's miserable.

"-But I don't know. Like I'd be very far away, and I'd only visit on holidays-

"Honey, honey!" her father interrupted her. "Now listen here baby," he grabbed her by the shoulders, "I've had to watch you all summer long looking as if you've lost the most important thing to you. But then I realized that's because, you had! I won't allow your last chance at going to the one place you've ever felt like you belonged. Your mom and I will manage. Besides, we're planning on going back to work." He let go of her and hugged his wife by the waist to kiss her on the forehead, "We have each other after all, and we'll be fine."

Hermione smiled at the both of them then fake pouted. "Jeez dad, you could've simply said you can't wait to get rid of me.", she said only to make the three of them laugh.

"Now honey, how are Ron and Harry? We barely see them anymore."

"They're okay, Harry sends his love." Her father raised his eyebrows at her. And Ron? Hermione ignored him. "Oh by the way, Mrs Weasley sent you this basket. And you two are invited back to their new house. They renewed The Burrow, it's amazing. She's waiting for us for dinner. Grab your coats."

With that, she apparates her parents back to the Weasleys' place. They needed to sit because it made them dizzy. Mrs. Weasley came out beaming, "What took you so long, Hermione? The food was going to go cold. Ah Jane, Michael! It's lovely to see you. Come right this way." Molly Weasley lead the Grangers to the kitchen as Harry walked out holding Teddy on his waist who seemed to fancy green hair that day.
