I pushed through the big crowd of students in the hall way struggling to get through as I was also finding it difficult to steady my breathing, I tried taking in deep breaths to help myself calm down and to my surprise it was working. I managed to push through the crowd and I made it out of the hall way, I took my phone out of my pocket to check the time, class starts in two minutes, I grasp my phone even tighter in my hand deciding whether if I should run, if I run I'd make it to class but instead I roll my eyes at the thought of running, that is definitely out of the question.

I decided to take my time to class instead, I'll just simply explain to the teacher that I was in the principles office during first period and that I wasn't let out until 5 minutes after the bell, I smiled to myself as I planned out the excuse in my head feeling extra proud of myself. I walk through the door to see the usual class sitting and talking amongst themselves, I look around the room to find no teacher in the room, shes probably coming to class late I thought to myself and made my way at the back of the class room where my usual seat was.

I sadly look over to the seat beside me to find it empty again.

'Don't worry she might probably come tomorrow' said a familiar voice.

'Yeah' I reply back with no excitement in my voice looking down at my desk, my eyes widen and a smile began to creep up on my face, I look back up with a huge smile on my face.

'LAURA!' he yells out while engulfing me in a big hug.

'I can't breathe Tyler! Let go' I reply back in between each laugh.

'Now that's better, you're smiling, you suit it' he says while poking my cheek, I couldn't help but smile at what he said.

'Where is the teacher anyways?' I ask curiously.

'She's not here yet, just chill for now' he replies back while trying to untangle his earphones, I laugh as I watch him struggle.

'Pass it here' I say while trying to snatch the earphones off of him.

After a few failed attempts the teacher finally walks in the class room looking all flustered and stressed while holding a cup of coffee in her hand and on the other hand, a folder, she placed both the cup and the folder on her desk and the whole class went silent, she stood in front of the class with her arms folded eyeing out students as if she was trying to look for someone, she directly looked at me and smiled.

'Oh there you are, just the person I was looking for' she said while taking the folder in her hands 'Mr Hales probably told you about the new students coming tomorrow, and I need you to look after this folder until tomorrow' she continued handing the folder over to me as everyone looked over in my direction with curious looks. I look down at my desk trying to avoid everyone's gaze, I never actually liked it when everyone's attention was on me, I just don't like being at the centre of attention for anything, even if it was simple things like when a teacher calls out my name and people start to look in my direction. I just never really liked it at all.

Ms Mane walked back in front of the class and everyones gaze now followed her, she then explaining that our English class will be getting new students, students as in not one, students as in more than one, she also mentioned that their not exactly 'normal students', what was up with that anyways? The more the lesson went on, the more curious I got about the new students.

The lesson was finally over and as usual, Tyler walked me to my form class and I thanked him and said goodbye. I sat inbetween Claire and Riley as usual, we had a casual conversation between the three of us and every now and then I would check my phone to see if I have recieved any texts from my best friend Jenny, I've literally sent 50 text messages to her but still no reply.

Throughout the whole day I couldn't help but think about the 'new students' and wonder about what has happened to my best friend, this whole day has pretty much left me curious. School was finally over and just like any other day I walked home with Claire and as soon as I got home I started reading through the folder Ms Mane gave me in English and the papers Mr Hales gave me and all I know now is I'm in all the same class as a boy named Liam, Liam Payne. The name had a nice ring to it, now that I think of it, it's like I've heard the name before but couldn't really remember where, from school maybe or maybe even on the radio, I ignored it and carefully placed the folder and papers back in my bag. I took a nice long shower and I couldn't stop thinking about the name Liam Payne until it came to me.Liam Payne is from the band One Direction.
