Laura's P.O.V*

After it felt like forever,Tyler finally lets go of our embrace. All of a sudden there were loud screaming coming from every direction, I turn around to see a large crowd forming, Tyler and I stood in front of the cafeteria doors looking at each other confused, the crowd seemed to grow even larger, people from inside the cafeteria came running out through the doors pushing past Tyler and I.

'We better get going, you know how Jenny get's really impatient when she waits' he says. I nod in response smiling.

I follow behind Tyler as he pushes the cafeteria doors open, as soon as he did, more and more students came running out joining the huge crowd that was forming behind us, Tyler and I seemed to be slowly getting sucked into the crowd moving further away from the door. We were basically trying to push past the crowd but more and more people keep coming out from the cafeteria joining in the huge crowd. What's going on? There's a huge crowd and a lot of screaming. Only one thing came to mind, one of the boys probably got spotted and followed all the way here.

I sigh not really caring, the space gotten really tight around me, trying to push past people began to be really hard, Tyler seemed to notice I was struggling because every now and then he would turn around making sure I was ok, so then he took a hold of my hand trying to lead us through the crowd trying to push through to get into the cafeteria, after it seemed like forever we finally reached the door, we walked into the now empty cafeteria, apart from a few students it looked pretty empty to me, I spot Jenny sitting at out usual seats texting away on her phone smiling, Tyler also spotted her and he lead the way.

'Hey' I simply say and she looks up from her phone, she looks at me and Tyler and smiles but then her smile immediately drops into a confused look, her eyes widen and a grin comes across her face.

'What's up with that look?' Tyler questions. 'Yeah!' I say backing him up. She points down at me and Tyler's hand. I look down at our now intertwined hands, I didn't even realize we were still holding hands. I look at Tyler and we both drop our hands and he awkwardly puts it into his jean pockets and he just looks down and I just stand there fiddling with my fingers explaining to her how we had to push through a huge crowd to get into the cafeteria.

She nods her head smiling, 'Of course you did' she replies back saying it in a sarcastic tone, obviously my explanation didn't convince her one bit.

I look at Tyler hoping for a back up but all he did was shrug his shoulders not really bothering to convince her. He just pulls a chair out and sits down at the table. I follow his actions and I take a seat beside him sitting opposite Jenny.

'I still don't get why you still haven't asked Laura on a date' Jenny states looking directly at Tyler, a smile came across my face trying to hold back laughter, I look at Tyler and he seems to be trying to hold back his laughter too. 'I mean look at you guys, everyone knows that you guys like each other and you guys practically look like a couple' she continues.

'Yeah Tyler, why haven't you?' I say trying to sound sad and disappointed but at the end of the sentence I burst out into laughter. Jenny just stares at me confused and then looks back at Tyler waiting for an answer.

'Of course I like Laura, but not in the way everyone thinks I do. We're just really close... Like best friends, out of all people, you should know that Jenny' he explains.

This is not gonna turn up good, I know in fact that Tyler will end up exploding. I sit back and watch hoping he doesn't.

'Well I'm just saying, gosh' Jenny replies back rolling her eyes at him.

'But you've been saying that for the past 2 years ever since we all started getting along really well, oh Tyler you and Laura should totally date, oh Tyler why haven't you asked Laura out a date yet, I'm just so sick of it, stop telling me what to do, it's my life, if I wanted to ask Laura out on a date,I would, so stop trying to force me to do something I'm not ready to do' Tyler exclaims, his face full of anger.
