《Keiko's pov》
I layed in my bed. It was night and I was still awake. I stared at the ceiling. Yuu said my name as if he knew me. Could he be part of my memories? I shook my head. It wasn't possible unless Guren had lied to me.

A few hours ago

Yuu was staring at me, tears forming in his eyes. "But he told me you died..." He started to say. He turned to Guren.  "You lied to me!" He shouted. Guren grabbed him and pulled him away. He whispered something in Yuu's ear. Then Yuu turned around and stared at me.

He walked up to me and grabbed my shoulders. "You don't know who I am? You don't know who Mika is?" He asked me. I shook my head. He knows me, but I don't know him. He let go of me.

Present

I couldn't sleep. My mind was filled with questions about Yuu. He was my only source in getting my memories back. I always wondered how to get all your memories back. They had told me I lost them from shock.

I turned over on the bed and looked out the window. I always loved to see the city at night. Even with all the chaos going on, it was still beautiful. I closed my eyes and eventually fell asleep.

My dreams were strange. It was as if I had seen them before. There was a boy in my dreams, with blonde hair and blue eyes. A vampire with light purple hair was biting him. I reached out to him.

"Run Keiko!" The boy shouted at me. "We're not leaving you!" A voice shouted next to me. I turned and saw the silhouette of a boy who seemed to sort of look like Yuu. Then I felt blood draining from me. I screamed then woke up.

Next Day

《Third person pov》
Yuu walled down the stairs to a subway station. He saw Shinoa standing there. "You look good in uniform." She complemented. "You also look... nevermind." He started to say but put it aside.

They got onto the subway train. They seemed to be the only people on the subway. "So why did you bring me here?" Yuu asked her. "To give you your orders." She replied. She started talking about his orders and what to do.

Just before they reached their destination, Yuu asked her,"How long have you known?" She stared at him, confused. "What do you mean?" He continued. "Did you know Keiko was my family?" She put her finger on her chin, thinking. "No, actually. She did loose her memories. That I did know about."

"Does she want to get her memories back?" Yuu asked her. "Before she got her Cursed Gear, she was always saying that she would kill the vampire who killed her family. I'm guessing that's all Guren told her." Shinoa replied.

The subway came to a stop. When the got off the underground train, they started walking toward a iron door, guarded by members of the Japanese Imperial Demon Army . "We're the Moon Demon Company or the Vampire Extermination Unit. We're heading out." Shinoa said.

"Those elite squads?" One of the guards asked another. "Yeah but they're a bunch of kids." The other replied. "Look, Yuu, they're calling you a kid." Shinoa teased. "They're talking about you cause you're short." Yuu responded.

"I'm still growing. After all, my older sister, Mahiru, had a big rack." Shinoa said. "You have an older sister?" Yuu asked, suprised. "Had, she's dead." Shinoa said. The iron doors opened in front of them. "I'm sorry." Yuu said. "Now you're showing a reserved attitude?" Shinoa questioned.

They walked forward and past the door. Once they got outside, they heard someone arguing. "Lieutenant Colonel Guren! Why am I placed in a squad full of newbies?!" A blonde haired girl in twin tails asked Guren. "I've been in the Extermination Unit since 13!"

"What's going on?" Yuu asked. "A new member perhaps?" Shinoa said. Then she started running down the stairs, Yuu following behind her. They dashed down the stairs and found Kimizuki, Yoichi, Sora, and Keiko waiting at the bottom. Yuu looked at Keiko, who's head was looking down, and stared at her for a few moments. "You're late, baka Yuu." Kimizuki said.
