Chapter 5

Your POV

"It is.." I said trying to open my eyes but I just feel really exhausted.

"I hope we forgot about what happened in the past Mi Amor, I know that my people where cruel with yours but I never was with you. Lo siento, Mi amor." He said trying to get my acceptance of his apology. My people didn't really like his for what they did but their soon accepting their apologies since it was a long time ago and this is a new more advance and modern world after all.

I debated whether to forgive him... The last time we met was in a battlefield.

Flashback~

I held my sword against his throat trying to think about what to do, should I kill him? so I could finally get my freedom? Everyone else was trying to kill each other in my surroundings. There where bodies of different soldiers to be found everywhere lying in the cold ground.

"Just do it Mi Amor! Just kill me!" He said already accepting his fate. I didn't really respond at all because I didn't know what to do.

"Mi Amor... just please do it. I'm not living a life where you dont love me!" He said again pleading for me to kill him.

My mind was in complete overdrive , I was so confused what am I going to do?

In the end I just couldn't kill him, I'm cold. I already broke his heart and he gives me the right to take his life? I am not that cruel.

I dropped my Dagger to the ground and I dropped down to the ground exhausted from the fighting. Antoñio just looked at me in disbelief as he sat next to me. I stared at the Sky it was so blue and it was so beautiful it's a shame that it's watching people kill each other, infact it's a shame we were staining the land with blood. This all felt pointless to me, I just wanted my countries freedom... I'm done with this.

"Mi Amor... why didn't you kill me?" He asked looking down on me as I laid down the grass that's probably stained with blood. I looked up at him and gave him a smile.

"Because Toñi you're stupid." I said and chuckled he gave a laugh too.

"You're stupid because you let me break your heart , and you give me the right to take your life." I said and looked at him.

"And you're so Stupid that I felt so sad for you , and so I decided not to kill you." I said laughing, he just smiled at me and kissed my forehead.

"Retirada!!" I heard someone say I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion and I looked at Antoñio. He gave a sigh and smiled at me.

"Looks like you win Mi Amor..." He said and stood up he also gave me a hand to stand up. I smiled at him and gave him a hug.

"I still can't forgive you remember that." I said as I hugged him tightly.

"Si, I know Mi Amor your as Cold Hearted as I remember." He said and hugged me back.
