Canada's POV

I woke up and started to look for my glasses on my desk. Where is it? Instead of grabbing my glasses I found an envelope instead. I looked at it suspiciously... I wonder what these are. The envelope had a Maple leaf stamp in the middle and I opened it to see a letter. I couldn't read it without my glasses so I started to look for my glasses on the desk till I finally found it. Then I started to read this letter.

Dear Matthew,

Good Morning! You must have finally awoken your deep slumber,
Now you must be wondering within your mind "Why is there a letter on my bed side table?"

Don't worry or fret I have the answer to your simple question,
I will send you on a quest to find the other letters.

Oh I'm sorry! you must be wondering again "Why do I have to go on a quest?"
That's because I have a surprise that you need to find out yourself.

Now go on to where the water turns to ice the place where you thought me how to skate,
I remember the warmth within your arms when you held me from falling on the cold hard ice.

Even though quite sadly I fell so many times,
But you held your patience and thought me every time.

It was from (Y/n)! My cheeks burned up. I have to find her, I went outside and knocked on her room but there was no answer. I'm opened it and she wasn't there... oh right those letters I made she was following them. Wait that means we have the same idea! So she was also going to confess today? But why do we have the same idea.

I went down to try and find England or France but they weren't there either. I gave a sight and dressed up. (Y/n) had wanted me to go to the Ice rink, I didn't even eat breakfast yet but I went outside to go to the Ice rink.

"Hey!!" I heard a voice say from inside the house. I almost forgot about Kumajiro!

"Oh Kuma, sorry." I said opening the door for him to get out.

"It's alright where's mommy?" He asked.

"She's finding those letters I gave her..." I said.

"But where are we going?" The bear asked again.

"Turns out she had the same idea." I replied, Kuma just looked at me and nodded. I have a feeling that he has something to do with this but I just shrugged it off.

Your POV

(1 hour before)

When I woke up I saw a envelope on my bed side table, they where the envelopes that France and England where carrying yesterday. I opened the envelopes and saw a letter inside and I red it.

Dear (Y/n),

Good morning you must have finally woken up. Did you ever know that every time your asleep I kiss you on your forehead? I can't help it you see... every time I see you my heart just skips a beat. I'm really bad at expressing things face to face. So why not tell it in a letter? You know I'm too shy and I hope you can understand.

Remember the time when we first met? I sat there just looking at you while you read your book. Then when Russia tried to sit on me again you had to make him go away. You see I don't get noticed a lot in fact the other nations think I'm invisible! But you didn't. You treated me differently, you treat me like how no other nation treats me.

Thank you for that..

Now I want you to go to the Maple Tree in the middle of the park, there's another letter there that I want you to read.

My heart skipped a beat when I saw the Initials of the writer, well it was obvious that Matthew wrote this it smelled like Maple Syrup when I opened it. I stood up and started to get changed, I have to go to the park even though it's like really early in the morning I don't care.

I realized me and Mattie probably had the same idea for a confession plan, we'll my idea was from Kumajiro so I guess I owed it all to him. Wait... it was Kumajiro's idea! That polar bear must have said the same thing to Mattie. But what was that polar bear even planning! I shrugged it off since I want to see what's in the next letter. I decided to go check on Mattie, I opened the door to his room silently to see him sleeping, I gave him a smile even though he couldn't see it. And then I went off to find the other letters!

Canada's POV

I was at the Ice skating rink looking everywhere for the envelope, where the hell could it be?. Some people where very early and they here already practicing others even asked me to join them but I said I had things to do. I noticed the lady who gives the Skates and I think maybe I can ask her.

"Excuse me.. have you seen a envelope around here?" I said.

"An Envelope? Oh yes! I remember a girl who asked me to give these to you." She said, but instead of taking out a letter she took out 2 pairs of ice skates and there was the envelope attached to it. I looked at the ice skates and realized that these where the skates that we used. A tint of red spread across my cheeks... she's so thoughtful.

"Thanks!" I said and grabbed the envelope, I sat down on one of the seats with Kumajiro and opened the envelope to read the poem.

Dear Matthew,

Remember the time you took me ice skating?,
I honestly couldn't even stand on the slippery ice.
But you held on to me tightly and patiently thought me how to skate,
Even though it was probably a waste of time since I still slipped within every step.

Remember when a girl came up to you to say hello?
I didn't know but when I saw her my blood started to boil.
I guess I was just jealous because I want you all to myself,
I don't want to share you but I realize I had to.

It's hard to admit your jealous specialy face to face,
So that's why I made these letters so I wouldn't have to confess.
But I realize that after all of this....

I still had to.

Please go on to the next destination where there are many Autumn Trees,
Where The hues of Orange and yellows overpowers the blue sky.

I felt like my cheeks where as red as stains tomatoes as I read the poem... I couldn't believe she had been jealous that girl from the rink said Hi to me. My cheeks were probably burning red right now..specialy when I red the part she wanted me all to herself... I.. oh Maple... I buried my face to my hands trying to take everything in.

"Are you alright what's in the letter !" Kuma said trying to grab the letter from my hand.

"N-nothing.. K-kuma..." I said I can't barely get the hold of myself, I think I'm a mess right now! One whole giant mess of feelings. But mostly I'm just really flattered I couldn't even think.

"I wanna read it!" Kuma said.

"No Kuma... come on...we have to find the next letter.." I said and stood up. I really can't believe this is happening...My passion to find those letters grew. I needed to find all of them!
