After Calum had drove me home he thought he could make himself at home by following closely behind me so I couldn't slam the door in his face.

"Nice place." He commented.

"It was nice, but then you walked in." I groaned crossing my arms.

"You've got a lot of attitude for someone your height." Calum said trying to provoke me.

"Can you just leave." I said rudely and he shook his head.

He walked over to me with a big grin and pushed me up against the wall as his hot breath hit my neck. I did everything I could to push him off of me but I'm not strong enough to push his built body away. He continued to kiss my neck until he trailed up to my lips and that's when I kneed him in the groin.

"I will call the cops if you don't leave me alone!" I threatened. He just laid on the floor chuckling before getting up and trailing his hands up my dress causing me to squeal out. I smacked him and ran into the downstairs bathroom proceeding to call 911.

"Katie get your ass back out here right now!" Calum shouted as he banged on the door causing me to shake.

"Hello, 911 what's your emergency?" The lady on other line asked me.

"There's a guy here trying to sexually assault me." I said quickly.

"What's your location sweetheart?" She asked me. I told her my address and she told me that police were on their way.

I sat in the bathroom shaking and hoping they got Calum. I heard a knock on the bathroom door and I didn't answer, "Police is anyone in here?" A man asked, tears of joy slipped from my eyes as I got up unlocking the door and hugging the officer.

They looked at me, "There's nobody in this house miss." The officer I wasn't hugging said, I saw his name tag and his name was Gorge. "You must've been scared or something." My mouth dropped. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

"But I was sexually assaulted!" I said loudly.

"Well the victim isn't here and without that we can't file a report." Gorge said.

I heard a knock on the door and the very face I didn't want to see, "Hello, Katie?" His voice rang through the hallways.

"Sir do you live here?" The officer named Henry asked.

"No sir, I know her and I had just dropped her off but had forgotten my phone." He said walking over to the couch and pretending to grab his phone he never left. "Katie are you okay what happened?" He asked. The audacity of this asshole. I was infuriated.

"Officers arrest that boy, he's the one who assaulted me." I said crossing my arms.

"Do you have proof?" Gorge asked.

"Well no but-"

"Then we don't know if he's the victim or not. I'm sorry honey." Henry said with slumped shoulders. I could not believe this, I could not. This was absurd.

"Keep her safe kid, she's really shook up." Gorge said. Calum nodded and I about screamed. They left with just Calum and I alone once again.

"I can't believe you!" I shouted. "You, you... you asshole!" I was so angry I could just punch him.

"Well believe it sweetheart." He snapped at me causing me to grit my teeth.

"Get the hell out of my house." I seethed bitterly.

He walked closer to me and grinned, "Alright, I'll see you tomorrow then babe." He winked at me and I scratched up my face in disgust.

"I am not your babe." I told him, he shrugged his shoulders.

"Maybe not to you, but to me you are." He smiled. It's like he doesn't get when he's not wanted around.

"Get out Calum!" I yelled pushing him out of the door.

Before he left he leaned down and kissed me, "Behave." He said in a deep voice. I rolled my eyes and slammed the door shut locking it.

I wen upstairs to change into my shorts and hoodie before laying in bed for another three or so hours on my phone and laptop.

That's when my dad started to call me, I answered slowly, "Hello?"

"Katherine Grace Jenson." He said in his strict/mad voice. "You called the police?" He asked me.

"Because Calum was sexually assaulting me and wouldn't leave." I told him.

"Katherin, don't do this. That's my boss's son and I could get fired if he found out about this." My dad told me.

"But dad-"

"No buts. You're grounded, and not another word about this." He said before hanging up the phone. I was so frustrated I screamed.

If I see Calum tomorrow at school, he's going to be in hell.
