My alarm clock started to go off and that's how I knew it was morning. Groaning I got out of bed and went into the bathroom to brush my teeth and brush out my hair. After I had finished that I went into my closet to see what on earth I would wear today. I decided to look somewhat sporty today. I got out my adidas track pants that look like joggers, and my old soccer t-shirt I had from when I used to play. I grabbed some socks and put on my low top adidas trainer superstar shoes and headed down stairs.

My dad was drinking his morning coffee and reading the newspaper. I never got why people read newspapers, isn't all of that information on the weather channel?

I walked over towards my dad and gave him a shy smile, something he didn't return. "Hi dad.." I said softly. He looked over at me and gave me a nod. Yes, a nod like what the hell?

He silently got up and went out the front door, following I got into the car as he began to silently drive me to school. I'd finally gotten there and got out of my dads car without saying a word, walking into the building I saw Michael was waiting for me.

"Hey Katie!" He yelled out excitingly, I waved not sharing the excitement. Once he reached me he slumped his shoulders and looked at me with pouted lips. "What's wrong?" He asked.

"My dad is mad at me for last night, and it's all Calum's fault." I groaned stopping my foot down as I crossed my arms.

Michaels facial expression changed from sad to angry, "What did he do?" He asked in an angry tone.

"He tried to sexually assault me at my dads dinner which was his boss's and his boss is Calum's dad, then took me home and tried to do stuff with me." I explained. Michael was furious he started to walk away angrily and I followed in fear he'd do something stupid.

We walked past our classroom and straight to Calum's locker. Great, just exactly who I wanted to see. Michael walked over and slammed Calum's locker shut causing him to glare at Michael.

"May I help you?" Calum asked with a chuckle.

"Actually you can, stay away from Katie!" Michael seethed pushing Calum into the locker.

"Are you her boyfriend or something?" He asked raising his eyebrows in amusement.

"No-"

"Well then you don't intimidate me, therefore I don't have to stay away from her." Calum said cutting off Michael.

I got irritated just listening to him and before Michael could do anything I walked up to Calum glaring at him, "Stay the hell away from me!" I yelled and he began to smirk.

"If you were my girlfriend, talking to me like that would get you punished sweetheart." He said as he bit down on his bottom lip.

I smacked him, "lucky for me I'm not your girlfriend, so don't try and treat me like one of your girls you fuck around with and leave and don't tell your actual girlfriend that you cheat on her." I ranted as my nose became scrunched up at how angry I was getting.

He just laughed, "She already knows babe." He said with a shrug like it didn't bother him at all.

"I'm not your babe, first of all. And second I can't believe you can just live with yourself for cheating, how big of a fuckboy can you be?!" I asked in disbelief.

"It's really none of your business who I fuck anyways, unless you're jealous you aren't one of them." He said, I smacked him once again and shook my head.

"Oh please, I'll never be with you." I snapped at him.

"And why not?" He asked curiously.

"Because I would never trust you with the loyalty of my heart." I snapped once again, "I guess you'd have to know what loyalty is in order to understand." I said coldly. He didn't say a word back and that's when I finally grabbed Michael and we walked to our class.

I was walking to study hall all by myself since Michael's class is on the other side of the school, this was the one class I didn't have with him and it sucked. As I was walking I felt hands cover my mouth and pulled me into a corner where it was dark. Once I saw who it was I began to hit him.

"Leave me the fuck alone." I groaned as I tried to leave but he grabbed my wrist.

"I just wanted to say sorry." He said and I wasn't sure I believed him.

"Yeah right." I laughed bitterly.

"I'm serious, you were right. I should be ashamed for cheating, I guess I never really knew what loyalty was because Carly always cheated on me so I thought doing it back would make me feel better. Now that you said something it made me realize it doesn't, it just makes me look like an asshole." He explained. I really was having a hard time believing him right now. I didn't know if he was telling me the truth or just lying to get me to feel sorry for him.

"How do I know you're not lying to me?" I asked crossing my arms.

"Let me prove to you I can be loyal, as a friend and nothing more." He said, I didn't know how I felt about this.

"I'll think about it." I said trying to just get out of here.

"Please Katie, let me." He said moving closer to me as his hot breath hit my face.

"I'll think about it Calum, I'm late to class." I said trying to go, he nodded and allowed me to go to my class.
