WARNING: sort of descriptive punishment
Scott quickly put in the yellow contacts as he went into the building, hoping that no one caught him. He ran into a room close to him, closing it so he won't be caught.
Please let me win.
"Mr. Lambert, what do you want us to do with the captured Divergents?"
"Kill them, of course. We don't need them anymore. Give them no mercy."
"Yes, Sir."
Scott's eyes turned red, taking the contacts out unless someone caught him. He backed off, screeching when he ran into someone. He turned around, ready to scream at them.
"GET AWAY FROM ME! YOU DESERVE TO DIE!"
"Well, that's not very nice."
Scott widened his eyes, staring down at a small Alpheta. She shook her head, crossing her arms while doing so.
"My name is Diane. I'm a nurse here and an Alpheta. I knew this day would come, but I didn't know when. Everybody must fight for themselves."
Scott was about to really when he heard a scream and a gun shooting, his heart breaking in two. He looked back at Diane, hoping for a good answer. She nodded, gesturing towards the door.
"Go save them, Alpha. We all know you're not a Divergent. Go."
Scott nodded, running out to see an Betmega with a gun in her hands. She smiled up at him, a dead Committee member near her feet.
"The name's SuperWoman. I just saved the day. Mom and Dad will be so proud of me."
Scott smiled as he picked up a weapon, looking around the rehab center. Teenagers hid behind doors while adults protected them the best they could. Nurses were utter terribly injured or dead, making Scott look away. He backed up, accidentally running into someone on the way.
"Scott? What are you doing here?"
Scott turned around, coming across ace with Shane and Lisa. He raised an eyebrow, never seeing them before. He cringed at the blood running down Shane's face, wanting to turn away from the sight.
"How do you know my name?"
"Mitch told us what guy looked like," Lisa told him, her eyes blue and yellow. "You're not going to kill us, are you? I love being a Betmega."
"Of course not! Why would I?"
"Everyone here is a Divergent," Shane answered, sighing sadly. He let his eyes turn red and blue, tearing up a bit. "I'm an Alphmega. It was so hard being a part of the strongest ranking. Everyone made fun of me for it. Don't let anyone die, Scott. Please."
Scott nodded, running towards Mitch's room. Troye and Connor stopped him, their eyes full of tears as another round of bullets came whizzing by them.
"We can't find Dan or Phil," Troye whimpered, shaking his head. Connor held him, kissing his Mate's forehead. "Scott, I can't find Mitch."
No!
"I can't find Melanie either," Connor spoke quietly, shaking his head. "Scott, you need to save us. Your husband."
"I know and I refuse to stop at anything until Kirstin is killed."
~~~
Tori had enough.
As she and Avi walked to the chaotic scene, she pulled him back and glared at him the best she could.
"Why are you ignoring me?! You've been cold towards me! What is wrong with you?!"
