The week went by quickly, and soon it was Saturday, and I was saying goodbye to aunt Harriet. She told me to be careful about a billion times, and then let me get into the limo Celine and Stephen had rented. The airport went by quickly, and soon I was in the airplane. I sat beside Clary, who was in the middle of Isabelle and I. Izzy had the window seat, and I had the aisle seat.
Beside us, were Will, Cecily, and Jace. Behind us, was Gabriel, Simon, and Alec. Will also had the aisle seat, so we were basically beside each other. The entire flight, he would not stop bothering me. Flicking my face when I tried to sleep, stealing my book out of my hand, when I tried to read.
"Can you stop acting like a five year old for two minutes?" I snapped annoyedly.
Will chuckled, smirking. "Oh c'mon, Tess, don't get so mad."
"Asshole." I mumbled under my breath, and he only laughed.
The plane ride went by quickly, and soon we were all in a bus, on the way to our resort. When we pulled up in front of it, my mouth fell open. There were several tall buildings, and tropical plants surround the gates. We all checked in, and went up to our rooms. I was sharing a room with Clary, and across from our room was Izzy and Cecy. Beside us, Will and Jace, and on the other side of us, was Alec and Gabriel. Simon got a room to himself, which he was very happy about.
After we all settled in, we all decided to go down to the pool. Clary and I changed into our bikini's, and I threw a cover up on top. When we walked down to the pool, everyone else was sat there. Izzy had saved us two seats, and I threw myself down in one of them. We all talked for a few minutes, and then Will stood up. He smirked right at me, and then took off his shirt, so he was left in only his swim shorts. He then sat back down, smirking at me.
My eyes were wide, glued to his chest. His abs were defined, and I couldn't tear my gaze away. When Clary cleared her throat, I snapped my eyes away, and I heard Will laugh. I then stood up, and took my cover off, so I was left in my bikini, and then sat down. I snuck a glance at Will, whose eyes were wider than mine had been, and he was staring at me. I smirked at him, and casually started to talk to Clary. We all sat there for about an hour, and then I noticed someone with white blonde hair walk by.
"Mark?" I said, shocked.
The boy turned, and I saw that it really was Mark. Mark Blackthorn. He was wearing a black tank top, and swim shorts. Recognition passed through his blue-green eyes, and he smiled at me.
"Are you following me?" He grinned.
I chuckled. "No. What are you doing here?"
"My brother's girlfriend, Emma, is friends with daughter of the owner of this place. We come here every year." Mark explained.
As he spoke, several people walked up to him. First, was a boy with brown curls, and the same blue-green eyes as Mark. He was very good looking. Beside him, was a girl with blonde hair in two braids, and brown eyes. Next, was a brown skinned girl, with black hair and dark dark brown eyes. She looked the girl Mark had been dancing with, at the banquet I had gone to with Will. Finally, there was a boy who looked exactly like the brown skinned girl. He was very handsome, and my eyes studied him for a moment.
"Guys, this Tessa Gray." Mark introduced.
He then introduced me to his friends. The boy with the brown hair was Julian Blackthorn, his younger brother. The blonde haired girl was Emma Carstairs, Julian's girlfriend. The other girl was Cristina Rosales, and the other boy was Diego Rosales, her brother. I noticed that Mark's tone had softened immensely when he had said Cristina's name.
They all sat down with us, and we all just talked for about an hour. I learned that Mark, Emma, and Julian were all from Los Angeles, and that they came here every year to visit Cristina and Diego. Though, Cristina lived in Los Angeles most of the time. The reason I had seen Mark in England, was because him and his family had been visiting their aunt. He and Julian had five other siblings, but they were back in Los Angeles.
"You've got a huge family." Clary smiled. "That must be nice."
"It gets hectic sometimes, but it's fun." Julian smiled.
"What about you guys? Do you have any siblings?" Cristina asked, smiling.
"Will is my twin brother, and Jace is my cousin." Cecily gestured to the both of them.
Emma and Cristina's eyes were glued to the two boys for a moment, and I only laughed to myself.
"And my brother is Alec, and Gabriel is my cousin. I'm dating Simon." Isabelle announced.
Cristina looked at Clary and I, expectantly.
"I don't have any siblings." Clary confessed.
"I have an older brother. He's in university in England." I explained.
"I don't have any siblings either." Emma said to Clary. "But Jules' and Mark's brothers and sisters have always been like my own."
"Lucky." Clary sighed.
We all talked for a little while longer, and then they all left, promising we'd all meet up tomorrow. When they had walked away, Cecily spoke up.
"Julian and Mark are so hot!" She exclaimed, smirking.
"Hey! Julian's already dating Emma, and anyone can tell Mark's crushing on Cristina." Isabelle said.
Cecily brushed it off. "I know, I know, but they're still hot."
"They are." I agreed. "Mark especially."
"Diego's pretty hot, too." Clary added.
All of us girls agreed, and Isabelle earned a glare from Simon. I looked over at Will, who was staring at me with something I couldn't place. I quickly looked away.
"Well, I think Cristina was pretty hot." Will suddenly said, smirking.
I felt jealousy run through me like wild fire, and I clenched my fists in my lap.
"Don't even, Will. Mark's clearly got it bad for her." Cecily said.
"I was only saying." Will said. "I would fuck her."
Clary choked on her drink, as did Simon. Jace only laughed, and Gabriel looked disgustedly at Will. I felt my heart shatter a bit, even though what he said wasn't that big of a deal. I dug my nails into my palm, and looked away from him.
"Will!" Cecily snapped. "Don't say stuff like that!"
Will shrugged. "What?"
Cecily only sighed, and shook her head at her twin. I looked back at Will, to see that he was watching me intently. I averted my eyes, and blushed.
Why did that hurt so bad?

Authors Note:I know that Diego isn't Cristina's brother, but I did it so it would easier to explain. I hope you guys don't mind :)
