"Miss Gray and Mr. Herondale." Principal Waters raised an eyebrow at us. "I am surprised to see you here, Tessa. I'm afraid I can't say the same about you, Will."

We both sat in her office. My mind was still buzzing from Will's words. Was it possible? Could he like me? Will smirked at Principal Waters, and she narrowed her eyes at him.

"Tell me, why were you two sent here?" She started.

I then proceeded to explain how I stood up for the boys, and how I thought that what Lisa had been saying was totally unfair. Will only sat there quietly, watching me.

"And what about you, Will?" Principal Waters asked a bit nervously.

He shrugged casually. "I asked a few questions that apparently Mr. Emmett didn't appreciate." He smirked. "And I laughed when Tess here made her big speech."

Principal Waters eyebrows shot up at his nickname for me, and looked over at me, questioningly. I blushed, oh she must think we're dating.

"Well, it seems like you did not do anything, Tessa." She said thoughtfully. "And I suppose what you said wasn't all that inappropriate..."

"Yes!" I said. "I was only saying my opinion."

"And Will, I guess you weren't that bad, either." Principal Waters sighed. "I suppose Mr. Emmett was acting a bit harsh."

"He always acts like he's got a pole shoved up his ass." Will said casually.

I stifled a laugh, and Principal Waters shot him a glare.

"Will." She snapped, and he laughed.

"I'm sorry." His blue eyes slid sideways to me, and chuckled.

I grinned a bit, and Principal Waters looked at us and sighed again.

"I didn't know that you liked these type of boys, Tessa." She looked tiredly at Will.

I froze. I was right, she did think we were dating.

"Oh no, we're n--" I started.

"Oh Tessa loves me, don't you baby?" Will smirked at me.

I blushed, too stunned to say anything. Principal Waters only shook her head at us, and shooed us out, with only a warning. Will and I walked out of the office, and turned to him.

"Why'd you do that?" I huffed.

He chuckled. "Did you see her face? It was hilarious."

I only sighed, and shook my head. "I have no clue how your aunt and uncle put up with you."

"They love me." Will smirked.

"I'm not sure how." I smirked, and he shot me a glare.

"But seriously," I started. "Between you and Jace, I would go crazy. I have no idea how Cecily lives with you two."

Will laughed. "We always tease her."

"Lucky girl." I rolled my eyes, laughing.

We were now walking down a deserted hallway. I wasn't even sure where we were going, considering Mr. Emmett had kicked us out of class. This was my first time ever getting sent out of class, and it was actually kind of nice. I didn't have to do any work. Suddenly, I tripped over my own feet--yes, apparently that was possible--and landed in Will's arms. He looked down at me through his bright blue eyes, and I gazed up at him. I awkwardly stood back, his hands still around my waist.

"Careful, Tess." He murmured.

"Th-thanks." I stuttered, lost in his eyes.

Suddenly, he had me pressed up against a locker, and I gasped a bit. I felt my heart beat a million times faster, and my body was set on fire by his touch. His hand was resting on the locker, completely trapping me. Will then started to lean in, and then his lips gently pressed into mine. My eyes fluttered shut, and I kissed him back. I felt fireworks explode inside of me, and he kissed me a bit harder.

"Oh my god." I heard a voice said.

We both sprang apart, and looked in the direction of the voice. There was Cecily, smirking at us. She was wearing tight black skinny jeans, and a oversized grey sweater. I think it even might have been Will's.

"What have I told you about wearing my clothes?" Will groaned.

"What about you? Making out with Tessa in the middle of the hallway." She raised an eyebrow.

We both flushed, embarrassedly, and she only laughed and shook her head at us.

* * *
We all sat at the lunch table that day, and Cecily would not stop smirking at Will and I. She had told Clary and Isabelle about the two of us, and they had practically died.

"Oooh Tessa! It's your birthday on Saturday!" Isabelle suddenly exclaimed.

Oh yeah, I had totally forgotten about that. Will's head snapped over to us, and he began smirking at me.

"That's right." He mused, smirking. "What are you asking for?"

I shrugged. "I don't know. I guess my aunt will just surprise me."

At the word surprise, they all shared a glance, and I looked at them, confused.

"I already got your present." Clary grinned. "You're going to love it."

"Izzy and I are going shopping after school for your present." Cecy winked, and I laughed.

My eyes fluttered over to Will, to see that his blue eyes were already gazing into my grey ones. I thought of our kiss, and I blushed and quickly looked away from him. Why was he so beautiful? I had never met anyone as beautiful as Will, in my life. I even thought he was hotter than Harry Styles, which was saying something.

"I heard you two got kicked out of English today." Isabelle grinned at Will and I.

I rolled my eyes. "For the stupidest reason ever. We had this presentation and this lady came and talked to us about underage sex. She then started telling us about her best friend who got pregnant when she was sixteen, and how that the father left her. She like started to go on this rant about how boys couldn't be trusted, and how they would always leave you."

"Damn." Cecily's eyebrows shot up.

"I know right. So naturally, I spoke up saying that her statement was unfair. I may have insulted her a bit, but in my defence she deserved it."

Jace laughed. "She did."

"And why did you get kicked out?" Cecily raised an eyebrow at his brother.

Will grinned devilishly. "I may have asked some questions that Mr. Emmett didn't appreciate. I also laughed at Tessa insulting that bitch of a lady."

Jace smirked at Will, and high-fived him, and Cecily sighed at the two of them like a disappointed mother. I tried to hide my smile, their relationship with each other was quite amusing.

"Well, good on you Tessa." Isabelle said. "She deserved it."

I nodded and chuckled. She sure did.
