CHAPTER TWENTY
Penelope and Adrian sat in the great room with Owen as they waited for Doctor Saltzman to finish evaluating Rafael. The Park witch watched as the Saltzman twins walked past them on their way upstairs to their dorm room.
"What?" The blond male questioned when he found his fellow wolf staring at him.
The Aquilo boy furrowed his eyebrows, "Aren't you supposed to be like deathly sick in bed?"
Owen shrugged, "I feel fine"
Penelope turned, meeting the boys with her back facing the stairs, "Did you see how fast Lizzie got attached to the new kid?"
"I did" The brunet male responded.
"She dropped you" The girl laughed, "No, she Adrian'd you"

The boys furrowed their eyebrows, both confused at the verb Penelope just came up with. They faced each other, exchanging a puzzled look, "What the fuck does that mean?"
"Just like she Lizzie'd Mg to date you, even if it was for like five seconds, Lizzie Saltzman got dumped by you for Hope Mikaelson. And now, she forgot all about you to try her luck with Rafael" Penelope answered, a smile on her lips as she leaned back in her seat.
"Yeah" Adrian sighed, "I don't think Jed will be too happy about another wolf. He thinks the pack's big enough"
The Park witch furrowed her eyebrows, "Aren't you the alpha?"
"Co-alpha" The Aquilo boy responded. Yes, he was the alpha with the deciding vote but he still had to talk to Jed about it. It was sort of like the other male was Adrian's second in command, "Anyway, Jed's tactics are a bit more barbaric than mine. He beats and scares people into submission"
Penelope smirked, "Kinky"
Owen wrinkled his nose in disgust, "Ew"
"Look, it's easy" The curly brunet told his friends as he readjusted himself in his seat, "All I have to do is find Jed and convince him to try another tactic"
The dark-haired girl chuckled, "Does this mean that you and Jed make your idiotic and childish decisions together? How cute"
"Hi"
Adrian shifted in his seat, turning around to see his girlfriend standing behind the couch he and Owen sat on wearing workout clothes and a sweet smile playing on her lips, "Hey" The Aquilo boy greeted the girl before he rose from his seat to properly greet her with a kiss.
