CHAPTER THIRTY-TWO

Adrian hurried towards the Stefan Salvatore library with his jacket in his hand and Penelope following in tow as they searched for the sister who had been brought to the library with her classmates for a lecture by Mr. Williams. They had left their psychics class skip school with Olivia whilst Hope was out of the state with the headmaster and Owen had gone off with a few other students to hike.

The two brunettes sneaked inside the library and saw the girl sitting at a table in the back of the library behind the other students which was coincidentally the closest table to the entrance. The wolf slowly made his way over to his sister and tapped her to get her attention. Olivia furrowed her eyebrows when she felt the tap on her shoulder and turned around to find her brother behind her.

"What are you doing here?" The green-eyed Aquilo questioned, her eyes darting back and forth between Dorian who was deep in his lecture and the male in front of her.

The male glanced back at his witch friend for a moment before he answered his sister, "We're skipping"

Olivia cocked an eyebrow, she wouldn't have thought that her brother would be the one to free her from a lecture after their argument yesterday. She rose from her seat to leave with her fellow brunettes when a loud and very exaggerated cough echoed throughout the library as Mr. Williams had acknowledged that two students had sneaked in to kidnap another student from her lesson, all to skip school for the day, "Adrian, you can talk to your sister when she's done"

Dorian and the other students in the library all turned around to find the three brunettes attempting to leave the room. Putting on what he believed was an innocent smile, the wolf faced the teacher, "I could wait... but Emma asked me to go get Olivia"

The older male nodded, "With your jackets?"

"Yeah, we're gonna go on a field trip" Adrian answered, "Penelope and I are coming with as moral support. You see my sister's had a rough couple of days and both Ms, Tig and Doctor Saltzman suggested that she made some friends"

Mr. Williams nodded slowly, "Believable... had it not been for the fact that Emma left the school grounds just an hour ago"

"Well, she's back and she wants me to bring my sister to the office so they can have, uh, a therapy session— I mean, talk"

The older man crossed his arms and creased his eyebrows, "I thought you said they were going on a hike?"

The curly-haired boy quickly nodded as he tried to come up with another lie, "Well... they were but then, uh, Emma—"

Dorian waved his hands and shushed the boy to stop him from continuing. He pressed his lips together for a moment before he sighed, having had enough of the boy for the day, "Just go"

Taking this as their only chance to get out of there, the witch and the wolf grabbed Olivia and took her with them without looking back. Once the three teenagers made it out of the library, they hurried down the halls of the school to leave before they got caught by anyone.
