Suddenly she realizes the thief is a woman.
Anna widens her eyes.
This is the first time facing Belle.
Anna sits down nervously.
Belle smiles.
" Nice to meet you, Anna." greeted Belle.
" H-Hello.." replied Anna.
Anna shakes hands with her.
' She's not that bad too.' thought Anna assuring herself okay.
" You know.." said Belle.
Anna raises her head and looks at Belle clearly.
" Yes ?" asked Anna to let her continue.
" You know, there are two gold apples in my bag.." mumbled Belle.
Anna widens her eyes.
" Do you.. believe in me ?" asked Belle innocently.
" Humans should believe in each other, right ?" asked Belle.
Belle smirks for a split second.
Anna's eyes sparkle.
" Of course !" answered Anna instantaneously.
" Then you should declare pass, so you don't need to compensate anymore." suggested Belle.
Anna smiles, " yeah."
" Pass." said Anna after pressing the button.
Belle smirks.
" The guard didn't see through the thief's lie. The thief earns two apples."
" What an idiot." mocked Belle.
Anna lowers her head.

Shane feels irked a little.
Anna comes in.
Anna raises her head and glances at Shane.
Anna lowers her head once again.
" I'm sorry, Shane."
Shane sighs, according to Anna.
' Shane sighed ? ...'
Anna hasn't finish understanding the situation, yet Shane already passed her.
Shane walks pass the door.

Ethan glances at Shane.
Similarly, Ethan is also a bit scared.
" Hey." called Shane.
Ethan looks at Shane.
" If you believe in Anna, then doubt me." said Shane.
Ethan glares at Shane, " W-Why should I believe in her ? She.."
Anna admits," I wanted to give you two apples !"
" Don't lie, you hypocrite !"
Ethan leaves, " I won't believe what you say anymore."
" That." said Shane.
Ethan turns to Shane.
" That is because you lied to her about the apples you brought." reminded Shane.
Ethan realizes his fault, " t-then.. but.. but there's no guarantee what she'll do !"
" Nnnno." said Shane exaggerating the effect again.
" She's a special case. She is sooo predictable." continued Shane.
Ethan glares at Shane.
Shane moves closer, " I'll say this one last time, if you believe in her, then doubt me."
Ethan wipes his sweat and presses the button, " A-Apple, two."
Shane opens the bag.
A golden apple and a red apple.
Ethan smiles, " ah !"
" The guard mustered his courage to risk two apples and guessed right. The apples go to the guard."
Shane smirks.
' Humans are so predictable.'
