As the door slammed shut, Jose, Wally, Jerald, Valeen, Rich and Nic looked at one another, horrified.

Then, the lights went out.

All at the same time, they screamed at the top of their lungs.

"Ahhhhhhhh!"
"Takot akoooooo!"
"Ayokoooo naaaa!"
"Nanaykupooooooo!"
"Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"
"Palabasin nyo ako dito!"

Suddenly, the lights turned on.

Wally is carrying Jose.

Jerald has Valeen in his arms.

Rich and Nic are standing, facing each other.

Seeing Jerald with Valeen, Nic angrily shouted, "Hoy! Girlfriend ko yan!"

But the lights went out again.

The six of them took off and run around the room several times in the darkness, screaming and shrieking.

"Ayoko pang mamataaaay!"
"Inay! Inaaaaay!"
"Ayoko na! Hindi na ako mangungupit, palabasin nyo lang ako dito!"
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
"Eeeeeeeeeeeeh!"
"Labas na tayo ditooooo!"

The lights turned on. . . again.

Jose is carrying Wally.

Valeen is on Jerald's back, on a piggyback ride.

Rich and Nic. . .

. . . are nowhere to be seen.

Jose shouted, "Kuya Nic! Asan ka?"

Jerald likewise called out, "Kambal? Kambal, nasaan ka?"

Suddenly they faintly heard frantic shouting and knocking and they looked around, searching from where they come from. But there were no other persons in the bare room except for the four of them.

Wally, asked, deeply puzzled, "Where is that coming from?"

Valeen, shaking with fear, added, "Parang boses yun ni Nic eh."

Jerald agreed. "At saka parang si Rich din yung isa pang boses na naririnig ko."

Jose, his scared face contorted, almost weeping, tapped a finger on Wally's shoulder, and pointed out something to them.

"Hu hu hu . . . Wally, tingnan nyo yung painting!"

All eyes turned to the life-size painting of the old house on the wall.

And all their eyes almost bulged out of their sockets.

For there, inside the painting, they saw Rich and Nic, pounding their hands from the inside, shouting and screaming.

Wally shouted, "Paano kayo napunta diyan?"

Jose scoffed. "Para namang naririnig ka nila! Ano ka ba? Sila nga, hindi natin masyado marinig eh!"
