"Wong! Where you at?!?!" Bea shouted on her phone.

"Chill lang De Leon! Parating na siya jan."

"Siya?! You're not coming???" She hysterically asked.

"Clingy bea! Hahaha! I can't come eh. May lakad ako with my one and only ponggay baby!" Deanna laughed out loud.

"Yuck kadiri." Bea cringed. "Ang traydor mong kaibigan. Sabi mo sasamahan mo akong ipaayos sa engr yung bldg ko."

"Yah, I know bei and I'm sorry. Babawi ako promise." Deanna said. "But dont worry, trustworthy nman yung pinapunta kong engr jan. She's one of my best."

Bea sigh. "Ok ok. Wala na akong magagawa. Ikumusta mo nlang ako kay ponggay. Bye." And she hung up.

Bea looked up at her damaged building and heaved a deep sigh. She never would have thought that her ex-girlfriend's boyfriend, her previous engr, would take this job as a joke. He made a disaster. In short, walang kwentang building ang nagawa.

Then someone behind her fakely coughed which took her attention. "Excuse me maam, are you Ms. Isabel De Leon?" The lady asked.

Bea cringed at the name. "Ugh yeah, but please call me bea. Are you???" She waited.

"I'm Engr. Jhoanna Louisse Maraguinot. Ako yung ipinadala ni maam Deanna." She handed her hand.

Bea shook it back. "Nice meeting you." They both smiled. "So, shall we?" She looked at her disastered building.

"We shall." Jho nodded and as they were entering she paused. "Wait, is it safe?"

"Let's find out then." And they both laughed while entering the wrecked building.

Its been half an hour since they entered the building and both were displeased of the sight. Nagtataka nga sila kung pano pa nakatayo ang building na to.

Jho wiped her hanky across her forehead. "Wow nman, parang may galit yung gumawa nito maam ah. Ang pangit."

"Well, totoo nman yang sinabi mo. He is my ex-gf current boyfriend. So I think, plinano nilang dalawa ito." Napailing nlang si Bea.

"Thats very unprofessional if you ask me. This is a waste of money maam." Jho directly said.

"Ugh I know right. And please stop addressing me as maam. Bea nlang please." She asked with both hands clasp and lips pouted.

Jhoanna laughed. "But maam, friend po kayo ni maam Deanna. And kayo po ang boss ko in this project."

"Of course not! Lets say, friends nadin tayo para bea nlang ang itawag mo sakin." She smiled. "And its better if friends tayo para nman maganda ang kalabasan ng building ko."

"So my friendship with you is like an assurance?" They both laughed.

"Uhm... pwede ba?" She asked.

"Sure, Bea." And Jhoanna walked ahead leaving Bea with a wide smile.

Several minutes have passed and they decided to leave. Jhoanna approached Bea to her car.

"So maam... I mean Bea, I'll send to your email yung mga plans na gagawin ko for tonight. Then if you have questions, I'll be open for meetings." She handed her business card to the latter.

"Ok thanks. I'll be expecting it tonight then." Bea said and wore her sunglasses. "Uhm, you want me to..." Bea referred to her car.

"No thanks bea. I think parating nadin sundo ko eh." Jhoanna politely declined. And a horn interrupted them.

"Oh, anjan na ata siya eh." Both girl looked at the approaching car.

The fortuner's front seat window rolled down. "Beh, lets go!" A moreno guy with his sunglasses on shouted.

"Coming!" Jho looked at Bea "I need to go, bye!" She kissed the latters cheek and hurriedly entered the fortuner.

Bea waved back and waited for the car to disappear. "Tssss. Hiyang hiya nman ang benz ko sa fortuner mo." And she entered her car and left as well.

Deanna just entered starbox and she immediately recognized her very tall friend sipping on her coffee.

"Beaaaa!!!" Deanna rushed and hugged the latter.

Bea hugged back. "Now, whose clingy?" And they both laughed. Deanna settled down the seat. They were chattering for awhile now when the latter remembered something.

"Alam mo ang bad mo tlga De Leon." Deanna smirked.

"And why is that?" Bea raised a brow.

"Kasi nman 1 week na since you and Jho met dun sa site and every night when she sends you her plans you reject them." Deanna looked at her suspiciously.

"I reject them because I didnt like them." Bea said nonchalantly.

"Yeah right. Nakita ko yung plans niya and they were marvelous!" Dean praised. "Ano ba problema mo ha? Alam mo bang late na umuuwi yung so Jho because she wants the best of her work. At ang kulit kulit, tanong ng tanong kung ano daw type mo."

Bea creased her forehead. "Really? Ano sabi mo?" She smiled.

"Syempre I told her you wanted it to be simple yet modern. Cozy and comfortable. Ganun." Deanna sipped on her coffee.

"Type? Type sa building ko?" Bea sigh and shook her head.

"Syempre! Ano pa ba?" Then it hit her. "Oh, I see. Hahahaha!!!"

Bea threw her used tissue to the latter. "Shut up! Pinagtitinginan na tayo ng mga tao eh."

"So you like her huh? Bat di mo agad sinabi, pinahirapan mo pa yung tao eh." Deanna said happily.

"As if ganun kadali yun. May bf kaya siya." Bea looked down on her lap.

"Bf?! As far as I know, she swings the same way as we do. Baka nman si Ysay yung nakita mo."

"Whose that?"

"Ysay is her brother. They both work under me kaya you dont have to worry." Deanna cared less.

"Kuya niya yun yet they call each other 'beh'? " She said in irrate.

Deanna shook her head. "She call me beh as well. Minsan nga pati mga guards eh. Thats how she greets everyone. Even I call her 'beh' sometimes."

Bea messed her hair in irrate. "Urgh! Yun lang pala yun?!?! Nako nman!!!"

"Oo yun lang-- wait, san ka pupunta?" Deanna was cut when Bea stood up.

"Pupuntahan ko na yung beh ko!" Bea said and left the shop.
