Bea decided to go directly to Jhoanna's office. Of course, she had to ask Deanna where it is first.

The guard opened the door for her to enter. "Good evening maam."

"Good evening. May I ask you something? Nakalabas na ba si Jho from her office? Its kinda late na kasi eh." Bea arrived late at night due to MNL traffic.

"Jho? Si maam Jhoanna po? Wala pa eh. Kawawa nga po. Ngayong linggo parang halos di na umuwi ng bahay yun. Ayaw kasi ng cliyente niya yung ginawa niya eh." The guard said with a sad look.

Bea shook her head. "Uhm pwede ko ba siyang akyatin sandali? I am a friend of hers. And I brought food for her to eat." She raised the paper bag on hand.

"Ay sige po maam. Sa may 15 floor po yung office niya. Gusto niyo po samahan ko na kayo?" The guard politely offered.

"Wag na po kuya baka nakakaabala ako." She smiled. "I'm going upstairs na ok?" And the guard nodded.

Bea arrived at the office and she saw a lone light from the computer up ahead. She saw Jho back against her chair and both hands on her face. She seems frustrated. Naconsensya tuloy siya sa ginawa niya.

"Jho?" She called.

"Ay jho!!!" Jhoanna hurriedly stood up from her chair causing the papers on her lap to fall on the floor. "Oh shit!!!"

Bea approached her. "I'm sorry if I startled you. I didn't mean to--"

"Bea???" Jho looked up and stood with the papers on hand. "What are you doing here?"

"Wala lang. I just wanna--" she was cut again.

"You wanted to know how the plan is going right? Well, Ms. De Leon I am working hard on it right now. So please." Jho looks irritated.

She sat back on her chair and continued to work on her plans. While Bea was left speechless. "Wait, are you mad at me?"

Jho didnt respond. Instead she continued to type on her keyboard. Bea heaved a sigh. "Hindi ko maintindihan why are you acting this way towards me. Akala ko ba friends tayo?"

"Thats what I thought." Jho turned her attention to the latter. "We are friends diba? So why do you keep on rejecting my plans? Magaganda nman yun ah. Even maam Deanna said it was great. So why are giving me such a hard time? Hindi nman kita lolokohin dito. I am a professional!" Napatayo na si Jho sa sobrang galit niya.

"Okay. Relax Jho." Bea raised both hands. Nababa niya na yung paper bag kanina pa. "I'm here to say sorry and..."

"And?" Jho raised her eyebrows.

"And explain why I did that." She sigh. "But first, lets eat muna. Let me assume that you still haven't had dinner?" She pointed on the paperbag.

"Whats in the bag?" She crossed her arms. Masyadong mataray ang babaeng to. Bea thought.

"Chinesse food. Favorite mo yan diba?" Bea said and smiled.

Bea took the paperbag and placed the food on the empty table beside them. Jhoanna sat back on her chair and waited for Bea to finish preparing the food.

Bea handed the chao fan. "Here, kumain ka na."

Jhoanna did eat. Halatang gutom na gutom siya. She tried all the food that Bea brought for her. Then she swallowed. "Now, explain."

Bea scratched her nape. "Ok so I'm sorry kung parati kong nirereject ang plans mo. Magaganda nman tlga eh kaso..."

"Kaso ano?!" She again raised her eyebrows while chewing.
