Chapter 10- "Aw, screw it."

Ciana's POV
I gave Lindsay a thumbs up as I saw them standing standing close together. I walked away to the river with Jacob, holding hands. We stopped on a rock beside the river and he grabbed both of my hands.
He looked me in the eye and said, "I wanna tell you something, Ciana."
I looked at him. "Yes?" I questioned unsurely.
"I... I just wanna say that...." He struggled to find the words, and he soon said, "Aw screw it." As he gave up looking for words.
He cupped my cheek with his hand as I closed my eyes. I knew it was coming. I felt his lips make contact with mine as I felt a sensation moving throughout my entire body. It was amazing.
We stopped after a while and I felt him smiling as he kissed me lightly again.
My first kiss was perfect.
I blushed as we both looked at each other.
"That's better than words." I said quietly smiling at him.
"It felt better than just saying words." He chuckled lightly.
He grabbed my hand as we both sat on the rock, our feet dangling in the river.
"I wonder what the two lovebirds are doing." I said motioning through the trees.
"I don't know, and I don't really wanna find out." He said and we started laughing. I felt my stomach start to cramp from all the laughing.
"Hey guess what." He said, and I could sense he was getting excited.
"What?" I said back, his excitement contagious.
"If you want, I know it's a little early, but... I thought you might want to be my wolf mate and girlfriend?" He asked, looking into my eyes eagerly.
"A little early?" I asked, pretending to be mad.
It was hard not to laugh when I saw the look of shock on his face.
"I'm kidding!" I yelled, playfully shoving him. "I would love to be your girlfriend, and mate." I said smiling.
His shoulders relaxed as he said, "You do not want to know what I was about to do." He laughed.
"What?" I asked.
"You don't want to know..." He said looking away.
"What were you gonna do??" I pressed.
"Fine, I was about to get up and punch a tree..." He said quietly, scratching the back of his head.
"Are you kidding me Jacob?!" I said laughing, "Don't do that! Then you'll break your knuckles, and you will get a cast, then we can't hold hands." I said hiding a smirk as I fake-pouted.
"Oh, I would hate for that to happen." He said while smirking, looking into my eyes.
He grabbed both of my hands, and kissed me again. The kiss felt just as amazing as the first.
He kept looking at me with those big, beautiful, eyes of his. "I love you, Ciana."
"I love you too." I said, "And, my full name is Esmerenciana."
"Well, I love you Esmerenciana." He said.
I never thought anyone would fall in love with me.
I got up as I said, "We should go now."
We held hands as we walked back to where Lindsay and Adam were.
When we got there, we saw them together, seeing what we though we would see.
