This chapter is dedicated to Ben Silk the youtuber, a great friend of mine!!
I sat in my last period class, tapping my pencil on my desk impatiently as I waited for the bell ring. I kept glancing from my paper to the clock.
Finally the bell rang after minutes of just sitting there, waiting.
I grabbed my bag and rushed out the door to Adam's classroom. I was about to run inside as I ran into Chris. I mean, bumped into him.
"Sorry." I mumbled quietly, looking at my feet.
"I don't mind." He said slyly.
I heard Adam growl so I backed away from Chris and grabbed Adam's hand. The two boys glared at each other, as Adam and I walked away.
"Who does he think he is?" Adam growled quietly and shook his head.
"Baby it's fine, you'll always be mine." I said comfortingly, resting my head on his shoulder.
"You'd better be." He said, smiling at me.
I got outside and i sniffed the fresh air. I sighed loving the fresh smell, and smiled. I hated the stuffy smell of the classrooms. Lucky humans, their sense of smell isn't so strong.
We walked to the bus and stepped on, sitting side by side.
"Hey, do you want to come over?" I said while taking in the scent of the empty bus. People piled onto the bus quickly, placing new aromas in the vehicle.
"Sure. Can we watch a movie?" He asked, almost begging like he did the other night.
"Okay. I guess we can watch Netflix or something." I said smiling.
We all got off at my stop heading towards the house.
"Bye, see ya tomorrow!" I yelled at Ciana who was walking the opposite direction.
"See ya!" She yelled back, over her shoulder.
I pulled the keys to the front door out of my bag, and unlocked the door.
Adam and I walked in as I was shoving the keys back into my stuffed backpack. Josh and Chris were sitting on the sofa watching football. They turned around hearing the sound of the door.
"Hi guys," I said casually smiling.
"Hi Lin," Chris said smiling at me, then noticed Adam and gave him a scowl.
I just turned and walked away to my room holding Adam's hand, but he let out a low growl at Chris, just a little too loud.
Chris growled loudly back at Adam.
"You have no right to growl at me, Omega!" Adam yelled.
"Who said I can't growl?" Chris said, curling his lips.
"I said so, Mutt. So stop eyeing my Lindsay, or I'll claw your fur off." Adam said, stepping forwards once towards Chris threateningly.
Chris got off the couch and raised his hands, "Alright, alright Alpha." He sat back down next to Josh with his head low.
Josh was staring at us dumbfounded, "Omega? Fur? Alpha? What's with the growling?" He said.
"Stay out of this Josh, it's over." I growled and he jumped a little at my sudden outburst, since I hadn't said much.
"Okayyyyyy." He said slowly, and looked away shaking his head and focused on the game.
Adam grabbed my hand and squeezed tightly, leading me to my own room. He clenched his other fist together, causing his knuckles to turn a white color.
We sat down on my bed and he looked at me, "Lindsay, promise me you won't leave me." He said slowly, putting his hand on my thigh.
"I promise." I said and nuzzled his neck comfortingly.
We laid back on the bed and I turned on the TV. We decided to watch Beverly Hills Chihuahua, since we too are canines.
About half an hour into the movie, I heard a knock on the window. I started to get up to look, but Adam pressed my shoulder lightly to make me sit back down. I watched as he opened the window.
"I need to see Adam Moores and Lindsay Dawn." Said a strange voice, that sounded tired from holding the side of the wall.
"Who the hell are you?" Adam growled, and started to close the window.
"Adam wait." I said quietly, and put my hand on his shoulder, which seemed to calm him.
He back up, letting me see the window. Out the window, I saw a man clinging to the wall. He was maybe in his twenties, with dark brown hair, and 6'5. He had long wolf nails digging into the side of my house.
"That's us. Come in." I said backing up so he could climb in.
He climbed in and dusted off his jeans, "You guys are Lindsay Dawn, and Adam Moores, am I right?"
"Yep. Why are you here, exactly?" I asked him, tilting my head, letting a slight whine escape. The only reason I let the whine escape was because I knew he was a werewolf also; hence the wolf nails. I looked at his hands and they were gone, replaced with regular human nails.
"I'm Kody Charles, Alpha of the Forest Dawn pack. I come to you because I heard you two have just become werewolves, and aren't educated in it. I came to help." He said shaking each of our hands and smiling.
"Okay." I said. "Let's sit on the bed."
Adam held my hand as we awaited what Kody would say.Hey guys, thanks for reading!! What do you think of Kody? What is he going to tell them?
Anyways, here is Kody:
