Chapter 20 " I love You "

KATH'S POV

I just got back from school when I heard the door bell. It's just me and Yaya Rosie in the house. It's been already a month since my parents went for a vacation in Europe while Kuya Kevin was off visiting our rice mill.

Yaya Rosie: Kath, delivery ulit.

When I heard the word " delivery " it brought smile to my face. When I approached the gate, I saw that it was the same delivery guy who delivered all the flowers these past few days.

After the night that DJ invited me on a date, he keeps on sending me flowers. They were all boquet of tulips with a note attached on it.

First was a boquet of yellow tulips. The note said..

"There's sunshine in your smile "

                           - DJ

On the following day the  second boquet was variegated tulips. With a different note attached to it.

" You have beautiful eyes "

                          - DJ

The third boquet was white tulips.

" Everytime I am with you feels like heaven, because you're like an Angel "

                         - DJ

And this is the fourth boquet of tulips, the colors were combination of cream and red. I look for the note.. There's none.. I look every where but I didn't find anything. The delivery guy must have dropped it.. I admire the flowers once again on my hand when I noticed that there's only eleven tulips on the boquet..

Huh? There's no note and only eleven? I don't want to call and complain to the flowershop who send it because in the first place these was just given to me..

Oh well.. But the colors are beautiful. I decided to text him.

It seems that recently I just had my heart broken, but now it felt whole again. There are so much emotions that I am feeling. But one thing is I am certain. I am falling in love again with DJ, so fast that it made me scared. Is it right? Is it too soon? Would he catch me this time?

I look at my watch, I still have two hours to prepare for our date. I call my mom first and told her that I'm going out with DJ. My parents already knew. I just told them that me and Dom broke up already but I didn't go into details about what happened between us. They understand and they support my decision.
