To begin
You must ask yourself-
Am I real?
Are you real?
Is any of this real?
If the universe is so large
Does anything I do affect it?
Now
As you ask yourself these questions
You may
Spiral into a depression
Or perhaps face extreme anxiety.
This is completely normal.
You're doing splendidly.
These feelings will not pass as we continue.
Now
You need to think on these things
Constantly.
Avoid sleeping.
Eating.
Drinking.
Talking.
And just think.
This will make previously mentioned
Anxiety and depression
Worse.
That is the point.
Let all If these thoughts
Haunt you.
Float through your head like ghosts.
Be unable to think of anything else.
Congratulations
You are having
An existential crisis.
It never ends.
And the more you try to find the answers
The more you realize you can't.
To better your experience
Always remember-
Lay face first on the floor and scream.
