OMG IT IS THE SHOW, NOW! The audience is packed, not one seat left. It is about to start and I am in my costume, its an old dress and pumps with old socks. My hair is in a scruffy bun and I have a painted scar on my face and arm. Everyone looks great.
Suddenly a hush fills the room and the band starts. The sets look amazing they are of a neighbour hood. People come out the house. They look so real, The first song begins and it is amazing. Everyone is loud and gets there lines right, even Tina. When it ends the audience clap and the stage goes black and the next scene is set up. It is meant to be my living room. There is a window and door that is used. I am cleaning and Will's character is drunk. He is really good at drama. After two scenes my first song is up. I sing it really well, well I think I do. I get a big clap.
Aubrey's and David's song is really amazing. But it was time for the big number. I had to sing this. It is a incredibly powerful song. This was my chance. I began to sing The first verse, first chorus and second verse are soft but then it gets very strong and powerful. At the end I get a standing ovation, I want to cry. The play continues, and goes perfect then at the end all cast are on the stage stood on there own spread out, the main characters at the front. That was me, Will, Aubrey, David, Jake, Jasmine and Elliot. And the hole cast sings the final songs The family that lives at number four/I will be strong. All the chorus sings 'The family that lives at number four' and the main characters sing 'I will be Strong' Then there is another blackout and we run to the wings and get ready to do the hole clapping, taking a bow thing.
The Ambulance men walk down the stage take a bow and stand at the sides clapping along with the audience who are all stood up again. The band playing a mixture of the songs in the back. Then the Policeman and Greg the deliveryman walk down, followed by the neighbours, I scream GO MOLLY!! At the top of my lungs. Then Elliot, the boyfriend walks down, after that Jasmine and Jack walk down, they get a humongous cheer. I cheered so loud for them. Then Aubrey and David walked down wand I screeched at the top of lungs again. Then Will walked down. He also got a very loud scream. You could here his football friends cheer. Then it was my turn. I got a incredibly loud cheer what could burst my ear drums. This is what I wanted to do. I spotted mum and dad. Dad was the only one sat down, he was looking at his watch. He looked so bored.
It was over what was sad but I had so much fun. This is going towards me getting in a good collage. In rehearsals I got Sir to record me singing 'I will be strong' so I could send it with my collage applications. When we got outside all parents stood there. Mum took me and Molly into a huge hug, then dad said. "It was OK. Pretty rubbish." I wanted to cry right there. It was amazing, everything and everyone was. So I told him what I thought, "No dad. I was brilliant. Sorry if it wasn't up to your standards, but you don't know how to act or sing or any of that so don't be so curl. We are your children for god's sake. At least say one thing nice to us in our lifetime." I was so pissed. I was crying now. Jake must have spotted me and he was hugging me now. "Jake can I stay at your house, I don't want to go home tonight." I stayed in his warm hug when Molly joined in, I could see she was hurt. Dad knows she isn't a confident person. She was so amazing. "Can I too?" Molly wipers and we all walk to the Jake's mums car.
