When I said I loved you
I lied
But as I spent time with you
Somehow my heart had managed to cross to the other side
The side that it wasn't suppose to enter
But since my stupid pride was too strong
I denied any chance of another ending with you
So now I'm here
Alone in the puddle of realized regrets
