Part One: I Will Always Be With You

After Michael's visit, we all pray, thanking God for honoring us by sending His angel to deliver His message. Immediately after the prayer, there is a flash of light, and on the ground beside us now lies a very cool looking recurve bow, with an incredibly fine quiver of exactly twenty-five razor-sharp arrows.

That night, I don't realize that I fall deep into a subconscious movie, and I gain awareness right in the middle of it. I am eleven years old again, and I am back in that hidden room that is three yards to the right of my bed. I am in my digital interface, trying to help Princess Alluna (at the time) escape Xextra, her home planet, and her father. I turn on the soundproof barrier. As the solid light holograms materialize around me, the images of buildings and a beautiful blonde girl with blue eyes appears squatting in front of me, but behind what I assume is a dumpster. She's with a boy who has blue eyes and blond hair like she does. The girl is my age, wearing her silver necklace with a purple, diamond shaped power gem, and her royal robes, and the boy is about a year older, and wearing a suede cord with a blue gemstone attached to it. It's Alluna and her brother, Akuma, XVI. With a worried look, she whispers to me, "GET DOWN!! Or I'm done for!"

I see the guards that seem to be looking for her and quickly, immediately get behind the adjacent dumpster. I look down the alley to see if anyone is still there, and I see no one. So I pull her to me by her left arm. She touches my face and whispers, "David, are you really here?"

"No," I reply. "This is just a solid light hologram that I sent here from Earth. Right now, I'm in a room where I can interact with all holograms, and wherever I send myself, they can interact with me. But you are still talking to the actual David Nathanael Allen. Which means that while I'm here, I can do something I've been waiting to do for three of my years."

She asks softly, "What's that?"

Without warning, I pull her soft body to mine by her waist, and I plant my lips firmly on hers. She momentarily stiffens in shock as I kiss her, but a second later, she relaxes and puts her arms around me, kissing me back. I pull away enough that our foreheads touch, and as I stroke her hair, I tell her, "As much as I'd like to stay here with you and keep kissing you, we have got to get you and your brother safely to my planet so I can kiss you for real. Deal?"

"Deal." She says.

Staying serious, I say, "Alright then, here we go..." As I go through this entire planet's mainstream. I don't leave even one program unencrypted and undownloaded. I look back down the alley and see guards coming this way. Luckily, I have trained in ninjitsu. I whisper, "We've got to move."

I go into stealth mode, and keep us hidden in the shadows. I take the princess by the waist again, and silently jump back and forth on the walls of the alley until I can reach the top of a roof, then I go back down and get the prince. Once we get there, I check to see if my computer system has finished draining the entire planet dry of all its data, and it says, "Complete". I go through everything until I find a specific map. Alluna asks me, "What are you doing?"

In response, I say, "I'm digitally cross-referencing interfaces and pulling up a map of this city. We won't be able to get off this rock without it."

"What is the map going to lead us to?"

"Escape pods."

"Thank goodness," she sighs.

The map loads, I speak a coded command, and it tells us where the pod containment unit is. It tells us where we are, and not only does it inform us where the unit is, but it gives us a path to take to get to it. That's exactly what I was looking for.

I drop us both off the roof and catch Alluna, I do the same with her brother, and after they get themselves together, we start running. We follow the path perfectly, but I guess the guards finally see us, because they start shooting at us. I take her up into my arms to shield her, and Akuma gets hit. I know that what they are shooting at us are a mix of concussion blasts and bullets, because the shot that comes into contact with me sends me flying forward ten feet! I don't let go of Alluna, though, and I do a front flip to land on my feet. I take a second to get my bearings in order, and then I tell Alluna to start running again.
