Part One: Improvising

A couple of months pass after the Triplets Three incident, and in that time, nothing really big happens. We have a week until the school year ends and my team graduates from Virtis Academy with honors. I am so proud of them, what with all they've had to deal with concerning what kind of leader they have, and all the threats we face on top of school.

The week passes by rather quickly, probably because of all the fun we're having. Today is Friday, and it's last period. Physics. My favorite class. Mostly because DEELEX is my teacher, but because, as you already know, I'm a science geek.

We sit, and we talk amongst ourselves, and before we know it, it's already 4:30. Before we go, we are told to not come dressed down or in uniform, but to come dressed up and suited down. Okay, then, time to go prepare for our graduation ceremony tomorrow afternoon.

We go home and begin picking out our outfits, and DEELEX comes through the door shortly thereafter.

When we finish, we go on patrol. We stop a few minor crimes, like petty theft/armed robbery, and grand theft auto, but as usual, nothing really big happens.

Afterwards, we don't even bother to change. We just meet up at a restaurant and continue our celebration. The good thing is that this is one of the restaurants that we frequent as the PulseTeam as well as our civilian selves, so not many people swarm around us trying to get our autographs and stuff like that.

After we eat, we agree to do a little more patrolling before we call it a night. During patrol, I prevent about four or five suicides, and during one of them, I guide Akura through the diffusing of a hydrogen bomb. Tonight was interesting, but I have to say, not as interesting to me as the world-damning threats we've come across. Afterwards, we go home and get some sleep for tomorrow.

The following morning, we dress to impress. Every piece of fabric on our bodies is a titanium weave. I'm suited down in a shimmering, dark blue suit with a black, silk, button-down shirt, and a bright aqua blue tie made of the same material as the suit.

Tia is wearing a form-fitting, bright fuschia, above-the-knee silk dress that shows only a wee bit of cleavage and has a hot pink silk waist wrap--I don't know what the official term for it is.

John has on a shiny, royal purple, three-piece suit whose jacket comes down to his knees. He's also wearing a black button-down shirt, and he's got a hat that matches his suit and tie (the tie being the same color as my suit).

Akura has an emerald green dress that reveals everything and nothing at all, in a manner of speaking. It stops just short of her knees, and the skirt of the dress is very loose.

Gabriel and Kaitlyn match each other, as always, with their signature silver and gold look. He has on a silver suit with gold accents here and there, and she has on a sleek gold jumpsuit with silver accessories.

Ky has on a metallic red suit with a shirt that's almost the same color as my suit, and a tie the exact same color as mine.

Lian, though, has a sleek black dress with a high neckline and a dark red silk hip sash. And like any good ninja, she is armed up to her teeth and you wouldn't even feel anything on her.

Flora has an aqua green two-piece sleeveless low V-neck dress whose skirt starts at her waist and stops at her ankles, and gold jewelry about her neck and forearms.

And finally, my sister, Serenia is also wearing a two-piece dress. The dress consists of a vibrant, royal blue, high neckline, sleeveless top tucked into a high-waisted black skirt with a slit on either side of the skirt.

During the graduation ceremony, various important people come up and say a few words about how we earned today by working hard and to use what this school has given us to go forward in our lives. Although, what's weird is, they never named our valedictorian.
