It was the most important day of my life. My 17th birthday. I smiled and made my way down the stairs. Today was the day everyone would know that Caiden was my Mate. No more hiding.
I ate my breakfast and grabbed my back pack,jogging out the door. I ride my black Harley to school and search for my Mate,finding him immediately. I felt the Mate bond strengthen the moment our eyes meet. My wolf took control of my feet,making me run towards him.
He smiled and took me in his arms and kissed me. His lips were soft and warm,I'd waited my entire life for the moment he'd kiss me. We always knew we were Mates,but neither of us had it in each other to kiss one another till today.
"Mate." He whispered against my lips,smiling. He twirled me around in a circle.
"We in the parking lot,Caiden." I laughed.
"I know. We gathered a small crowd too." He said,nodding to the left for me to look. I did and he was right. I was met with smiles,scowels and frowns,but mostly smiles. Thank Gosh.
I was now officially Caiden's Mate.
