"Is he your son?" Kiefer asked me straightforwardly.

I was taken aback by his question. I didn't see that one coming. Dinedeadma lang naman nila kanina si Onemig and all of a sudden he's asking me if Onemig is my son.

I looked at Solaire to make sure if it's alright to her if I answer his question. She pressed my legs as a sign to answer his question. Kahit hindi na sabihin ni Solaire sakin na magpanggap na daddy ni Onemig sa harap nila Kiefer, I already know what to do.

"Yeah, he's my son." I replied casually. Sanay na ako na sagutin ang tanong na 'yan. I've been telling that statement for three years already.

"Seriously?!" Von blurted out, "He's chinito ah. And his looks, mejo malayo sa'yo, bro!"

I shifted my gaze at Von. What is he trying to imply? That Onemig is not my son, ganun ba? Yes, I might not be his biological dad pero ako ang naghirap sakanya. I stayed up late just to feed him, pinag-aralan ko kung paano magpalit ng diaper para pag wala si Iana may mag-aasikaso parin sakanya and I took the responsibility whole heartedly. I am still his father and no one has the right to tell me that I am not his dad!

I faked a laugh, "Yeah! Pinaglihi kasi ni Iana kay Lee Min Ho eh. Buti nga 'di siya naging kamukha ni Gwyne Capacio eh."

Kiefer laughed, "I agree, bro! But he looks like Juami ha!" then he flashed a meaningful smile.

I closed my fist and inhaled deeply. Baka hindi ko matantiya 'tong dalawa na 'to, buti nalang si Murphy tahimik lang.

"Exactly Kief!" masayang sagot naman ni Von. Feeling ko pinagtutulungan ako nitong dalawa na 'to eh. This ain't about school rivalry anymore, this is a personal issue na.

"Alam niyo kayong dalawa kung ano-ano ang pinag-iisip niyo!" Keesh butted in, "Ang layo ng itsura ni Onemig kay Juami 'no!"

"Onemig?!" sabay na ulit ni Von and Kiefer.

"Yup! Onemig Manguera. That's his fullname." I replied quickly. Baka kung ano nanaman ang maisip nila kaya inunahan ko na.

"Onemig talaga? Hindi ba 'yun shortcut ng Juan Miguel or what?" Kiefer inquired.

"Babe, ano ba 'yan?!" sita ni Alex sa boyfriend niya. That's good, Lex. Epal eh, "What do you want to say ba? That Onemig is Juami's son? I've been with Aire these past two years and I can assure you that he is Jed's son, okay?"

I didn't expect na pagtataasan ni Alex ng boses si Kiefer, nainis na rin siguro siya.

"C'mon babe, we're just asking him!" he replied, trying to defend himself and Von.

"Excuse me guys. Onemig and I will just go out. He seems bored na eh." I said as I stood up from my seat.

This place is too small for the three of us. Isa nalang bingo na sila eh. And I don't want to make a scene, ako nalang ang iiwas. Ayoko rin naman ma-expose sa ganitong usapan si Onemig. He knows I'm his dad.

I need a place where I can relax my mind. A place away from stress. Onemig and I headed to Jamba Juice.

"Why awee here, daddy?" Onemig asked me then he smiled.

I smiled back at him. Seeing his cute smile takes away all my stress and just gives me goodvibes, "Because daddy needs to relax, baby."

"Welax?" he asked me again, "Here daddy oh." then he flashed a big smile.

Onemig is really a cute boy! Sayang nga lang hindi siya nakilala ng daddy niya. I won't let Juami come near him anyway. Yes, he is his flesh and blood pero wala siyang karapatan kay Onemig. He gave up being his father when he left Iana that day.
