I feel like I can no longer finish my meal, parang nawalan ako ng gana kumain. My brain can't really process everything that just happened. I thought I was ready to face her but I was wrong, I am not prepared yet to see her. Ang hirap niya na pakitunguhan.

"Kuya, are you okay?" Dino asked me before he ate the last piece of sushi, "Do you want us to leave na?"

"Yes please." I replied quickly, still not looking at him. Ayoko na makita ako ni Dino na ganito, never niya akong nakita na umiyak nung naghiwalay kami ni Brianna, "Magbill-out ka na, Dino."

"How much?" I asked the moment the server gave him the bill.

"578.95, kuya." he replied.

I took my wallet out and handed him a thousand peso bill. Wala pala akong hundreds sa wallet ko, nakakainis! Gustong gusto ko na umalis dito but we need to stay for a couple more of minutes to wait for my change, sobrang laki naman ata na tip kung iiwan ko lahat yung sukli ko.

Pagkababa na pagkababa namin ni Dino, the first person that I saw was Jed- he's carrying Onemig. And next thing I knew, Onemig looked at me and smiled. I can't deny that he's a cute boy.

"Daddy!" he shouted, his eyes are still glued on me. Feeling ko sasabog na yung utak ko. Sino ba talaga yung tatay ng batang 'to? He called him daddy a while ago and now ako naman.

"Kuya, let's go!" sabi ni Dino habang hinihila niya ako palayo. Shit, nakatanga pala ako sa harap nila Jed! Buti nalang wala si Brianna, si Keesh, Jed and Onemig lang ang magkakasama.

As soon as I stepped my foot out of the restaurant, my phone rang. Sino nanaman kaya 'to? When I checked the name of the caller on the screen, it says...

Von Pessumal calling...

Hmmm... Bakit naman kaya napatawag 'to? I swiped the screen and answered his call.

"Hello?!"

"Woah! Chill, man!" cool na cool na sagot ni Von. Haynako Pessumal! If you don't have a problem to deal with ako meron!

"What? Why did you call?" I asked him irritatingly.

"You're in Highstreet, right?" he replied, "Kiefer and I are here in Jamba. Punta ka dito, bro!"

"Okay, we'll be there." I replied quickly, "Kiefer and I need to talk." then I hang up the phone para hindi na siya makapagtanong pa.

While Dino and I were walking, napansin ko na hindi siya mapakali parang gusto niya na magtanong na ewan and knowing Dino, alam kong hindi 'yan matatahimik hanggat 'di nasasagot yung gumugulo sakanya.

"What is it?" I asked him, inunahan ko na siya. For sure he's just shy to ask me. Kahit sobrang close kami, he knows when to ask and when not to, "C'mon Dins! Tell me what's bothering you."

He looked at me and scratched his head. I knew it! Nahihiya nga, "Kuya, bakit magkasama si Ate Brianna and Jed? I mean, are they together? Like dating, you know."

I shrugged, "And that I have to find out, Dino."

Isa pa nga pala 'yun! Bakit nga ba magkasama si Brianna and Jed? I badly need to know the reason. She didn't mention to me when we were still together that she knows other ballers. Ang tanging alam ko lang na kilala niya ay si Forts and my teammates.

If you are wondering who that guy is, he's Jed Manguera- he was one of the players of De La Salle University and he was the one who's guarding me on the court, he's too physical in guarding me. Now I know the reason- because of Brianna.
