Chapter fourteen

We arrived at the jc penny store were guards stood and blocked the door way. Hey we have the prisoners let us trough the girl guard demanded. The others stopped her and told her only Jonathan is allowed to bring the rebels to the boss and where is the older one a guard asked with anger. I loved how we had our own like team name all most and I loved that everyone new us like we were famous and the guards were all the crazy fans that would do anything to get a hold of us. So what do we do wait for him do you even know we're he is the girl said back. Yes they do and I'm right here he said pushing his way four from behind the guards with one other guard who we realized right away was Doctor James I could tell and I new ally could to. He walked up to us with a mad look on his face like he was actually disappointed in us i mean why wouldn't he be we keep on messing up and coming back. We can take it from he he said telling the other guards to go back to there positions. He grabbed my arm and Doctor James grabbed ally's buster followed behind with his tung all the way out and ears going up as people spoke. We walked in and heard a beeping noise like one of those scanners they have to make sure no one shop lifts. Oh thank you Jonathan for getting us look were so sorry again we should have just went sooner but we missed the bus the one you told us to escape on and we... What are you talking about he said winking at me trying to get me to stop. I  got what he meant and stopped and looked at him then at Doctor James or maybe not. He took off his mask and it was not him not Doctor James. Wait are you helping them Jonathan are you on there side cause I can report to the boss right now. No I'm not..yes you are that why we have had such trouble catching them you have been helping them the other guard said. No I'm not stop don't tell he said raising his voice. No I'm going and you can't stop me you lier I'm getting your position now. He began to run toward the escalator that was not running. Stop I worn he but it was to late Jonathan had all ready grabbed his gun and shot the man as he fell and rolled back down the escalator. What was that ally said loudly. Nothing come on we need to go someone definitely heard that now come on let's go. We ran toward the side were another entry was but guards were coming. Nope not here there go that way but guards were running that way to and from the front and all other directions. Now we were surrounded. What happened Jonathan why is that guy dead did you shot him? a guard asked. Yes well he was going to help the prisoners escape he said covering up what had actually went on. All right then get up to the boss he's waiting for them you don't want to return there empty handed one guard said. So Jonathan just told us to go up the escalator and he followed us up. I know he had a plan to get us out if this but no we just kept on walking toward were the boss was. Guards stared and gave us mean and angry looks. I thought maybe he new our punishment wouldn't be so bad or maybe he would just let us off with a warning. I'm so sorry guys there's no were to go we have to go in to the boss. It's okay this is our fault you helped us so much and we blew it you don't have to help us anymore ally said. He didn't say anything just made a faint smile like he was saying goodbye We walked slowly down a hall way to were an office was guards stood In front of it. As we slowly approached it the guards were all ready opening the door. There were three men in chairs behind a desk. I was guessing the middle one was the boss because Jonathan greeted him and said I have brought you what you want. He slowly walked up and can over to us. He held out his hand and said ally Manson Bryan prescot nice to finally met you. Buster walked behind me and growled. Please have a seat he said as guards pulled over two seats for us in front of his desk. well it wasn't really his desk who ever worked here before the mall was turned into this resistance group. We sat down and buster Sat in between us. You know it's Ben so long until I could figure out the appropriate punishment for you I thought about death or being used as crawler bait. Witch I already did ally called out. Yes well we all figured that you guys are very strong and sneaky I should say so we need you alive. That's why your going to be spy's for us. I was so shocked at what he had just said spy's that actually didn't sound so bad I mean better than anything else they have here. Wait who will we be spying on ally asked. Mostly nasa we think they are hiding things from us I mean they have already by not telling anyone about these aliens. Also about them testing us the guy to the left said. Shh they don't need to know that he said cutting him off. What are you talking about ally demanded tests? Nothing nothing he replied. No now you have to tell us ally said. No I'm not its classified information if you know what that means. Yes what do you think we're going to do just tell us ally demanded again. Fine you want to know so badly kid well we think the aliens are testing us he yelled back. Testing us I asked confused. Yes because if the aliens really wanted to kill us they would have done it by now but we think they are trying to see who can stay alive the longest and use us for something. That's crazy they just send the 8qi down so they can live here and we can die ally said. No but your wrong my girl we found out aliens can not survive the 8qi just like us. But we can I added. Yes but only because your young ones you get to a certain age you can no longer handle it. Wait okay how do we know your not lying I mean have you ever seen an alien in 8qi. Yes In fact we have one right in this very store if you would like to see him. Guards bring me the alien now. Umm sir are you sure he's not Ben cleared Jonathan said. Yes I'm sure bring it to me now! Him and a few guards ran down he hall to a room they did not come out right away. Eventually they did as we watched they brought it out. Omg that's an alien!! Ally said. Yes wow eww that is an alien all right I said. As they carried him here I couldn't but help trough up it was so slimy and gross. It was a tall green and brown creature with some form of cloths on but nothing you would find here. It had two arms and legs like us but some hind of weird eyes that were on the side of his head and a square moth with no nose but an antenna on the top of his head. Now you might think it sounds like any old regular alien you see in those movies or cartoons but it was so different so discussing like a mutant. Now this is only one form of alien the lower class alien the higher class ones look a hole lot less disgusting the boss said. Can he speak our language I asked not taking get my eyes off him. No but we think there leader can but we don't know how yet. Anyway are you ready to see this alien survive the 8qi he said laughing a little. I guess so ally said trying not to to barf. Jonathan and Trent  bring him to the window. ally and I walked over to the window it looked like a long fall from up here. They all put on there gas masks as he opened it. The air filled the room and the alien began to struggle. It gasped for air trying to not breath the 8qi in but then just then he grabbed the other guard Trent and took off his mask. He pulled him toward they window they fought each other the alien tried to push him out. Some one do something I yelled. Jonathan tried to help and so did he other guards. They began to ally push the alien out as it was about to fall he grabbed Trent and pulled him down with him and hit the ground hard. The alien was gone but Trent wasn't right away we gathered around the window  to see. Trough down his gas mask ally demanded. But it was to late he was gone to. Oh well poor Trent he was a good soldier he served his time. How can you say that I said you could have thrown down his gass mask. Nope it would have been to late he was all ready dying. No you could have tried ally said. Whatever are you guys in or not for they spy thing he asked trying to change the subject. No were not in we will not do anything for you I said. What why not I'm your boss. No Your not your an asshole that's what you are who doesn't even care about his own men. Well then fine if you don't want to be apart of this then you can be sentenced to death along with your other friend he said. Sir I don't think they deserve this Jonathan said cutting in. Are you arguing with your Commander he said. Yes I am they don't deserve this and Trent didn't  either. Oh well I never thought you would go agents me my best and most loyal man. I'm not going agent at you I just don't think they don't deserve this. Oh well then you can join they all four off you can be senescence to death. No please don't do this I yelled struggling as guards graded us again. They also brought in Doctor James we had no idea were he was this hole time but he was alive looked like he was hurt. What did you do to him ally said yelling black at the boss. Oh nothing just what he deserved for impersonating a guard. Oh don't worry guys I'm fine he said quietly he looked like he was starving we were to cause we did not get to have breakfast. All right well last chance are you in or are you not I need an answer. No we would rather just die you know they would just die as spy's that was your plan all along Jonathan said. Oh well now you just gave it away oh well guards take them away and I don't want to see them alive again! Yes sir we will do as you say they said. They began to drag us out of the room when something was happening the lights were flickering the all of them like the power was about to go out. What is happening the boss demanded. I'm not sure sir we will contact the people running the generators. That's when all the lights went out we could only see by the light from the Windows. Witch wasn't much because there were only a few Windows. I felt the guards let go off me and they must have let go of ally Jonathan and Doctor James to cause they went into the room and tried to figure out what was going on. This is our chance go go I said. We ran toward the escalator trying to make our escape. We heard from behind no what are you doing there getting away! I said I don't want to send them alive again! We ran faster and faster this was the best luck we have had all day and we had to make sure we did not lose this opportunity of escaping.
