"Come on! Let's go! Were gonna be late!" Maddie yells running downstairs.
It's the last day of school. Maddie is excited to finish off the school year because little baby is due June 11th. Hunter has been looking up hair braiding tutorials just for her.
Lizzie, Maddie, and I decided to hang out that morning. Maddie says its critical we show off on our last day of high school for good.
"Were not gonna be late." Laughs Lizzie as she adjusts her purple romper and laces up her golden sandals.
"I don't know about this.." I cower walking out of the bathroom.
Their jaws drop to the floor.
"...what?" I say glancing at my outfit.
"Jessie you look freaking gorgeous! Way to make us look underdressed!" Lizzie teases shaking her head.
I look to the mirror. I'm wearing a tribal print flowy dress, with cork wedges and a jean jacket. My hair is left unbrushed but for once doesn't look extremely terrible.
I smile.
"Ready?" Cries Maddie.
We all run together and hug in a girl circle.

After my first three classes I head to my locker. I meet some distant friends and we exchange yearbooks and selfies.
It dawns upon me, what am I supposed to do? I don't know what I want to do with my life..
"Hey Jessica." Says a familiar voice from behind me?
I swing around and can't believe who I see. Cole.
"Oh hi Cole! What are you doing here?" I say calmly.
"Trying to find you. You haven't texted me in ages. Why?" He says angrily.
"What do you mean? I don't have to constantly text you. I have a life you know." I snap back.
Who does he think he is? I thought he was just a friend! Does he want to be more than that?
"Seriously! Jessica come on babe! I thought we had something!" He yells grabbing onto my arm.
"Whoa! Cole, let go of me! Your causing a scene!" I say scanning the halls.
He only grabs harder. My arm is really hurting.. What's wrong with him?
As I'm about to go karate on him, I hear Joe and Nick behind him.
"You can let the lady go now." Joe smirks.
As Cole is about to object, Nick sends him a warning look and Cole let's go.
He gives me one last look and leaves the school.
"My hero!" I swoon falling into Nicks awaiting arms.
"Anything for a princess." Nick smiles twirling me around.
"Well guess you guys don't need me anymore, I'll see you guys later." Joe smiles fist bumping Nick.
"See ya." Nick replies.
"Bye Joe Joe!" I chant.
"Anyyyway..." Nick smirks.
"Haha just come here!" I laugh.
Nick grabs me just under my waist and pulls me close to him. We share a sweet kiss and I'm already lost in his eyes.
I wonder if he's scared. Does he know what's gonna happen? The future and all that...
"So umm... What are we supposed to do now?" I ask looking at my shoes.
Nick grabs my hand and looks into my eyes.
I'm desperately waiting for the answer. He doesn't give me one. Instead, we walk through the doors hand in hand.
Where to?
I guess that's the part I get to figure out. :)

Its OK though! I will be adding bonus chapters and an epilogue just because I don't think I can go without this book yet!
