The Pool Fool

"Oh my god oh my god oh my god! Nick thinks your interesting!" Chanted Maddie like a boy obbsesed 13 year old.

"That doesn't even mean anything! I'm probably the only girl in school who is 'ok' with going along with his idiot schemes." I groan.

"Sure. Anyway, tonight is Joe's party. You gonna go?" Maddie asked sprawling on my bed.

"I don't know..." I sigh tossing my phone on the white dresser next to my bed.

"You should! Lizzie and I are going, please! You can come with us!" Maddie begged.

"Fine."

I hear he has an awesome pool because his parents got a load of money when they took a trip to Vegas and gambled their asses off. It might be fun. But no alcohol. Got it Jessica. No. Alcohol.

"Ooh!! Can I do your hair?" She begged. I swear Maddie is a 13 year old trapped in a 17 year old body.

"Whatever." I said sifting through my closet.

What should I wear? I don't want to seem like I'm going to a country club but then again not a strip club....

"So what are you gonna wear?" I ask Maddie as she sits up and pulls a tight purple dress out of her bag.

"God! You have a mall in there!" I joke staring at the pricy yet beautiful dress.

"Yeah. I guess you could say that." She smirked heading to my bathroom to change. We still have about 2 hours before we're gonna leave. Well if Maddie's going to do my hair it might take a while.

I decided on ripped 'miss me' jeans and a tight fitting T-shirt from Hollister. Before I got changed into that, first I needed to put on a swimsuit because I really want to go in the pool!

After I slipped into a green bikini (not too skimpy of course) I pulled my clothes over it.

"What are you wearing!?" Gasped Maddie walking out of my bathroom wearing the gorgeous dress with small inch black heels.

"Clothes? What about em'?" I ask looking down at my body. I thought I looked pretty good. Guess not.

"You can't wear that to an amazing party!" She shrieked. See? 13 year old.

She forced me to wear cute pink flats along with my original outfit. Hey at least I got to keep my jeans and T-shirt.

Lizzie arrived at 6:00pm when Maddie had just finished curling the tips of my hair. We left in Lizzie's car and headed to Joe's house.

We pulled onto the side of the road. Cars were loaded outside showing that the party was very full.

"Whoa." Is all I said exiting the car.

"I know right." Says Lizzie fixing he strapless green top.

We walked to the door ignoring the many people dancing and making out in the front yard. I was grossed out seeing all the human contact. Music was blaring in the house and cups were scattered across the floor. Many people were dancing, drinking, making out, or some other activity..

"I'm gonna go get a drink." Stated Maddie heading towards what looked to be a large cooler. Ha, duh.

"Hey let's go find the pool." I said to Lizzie linking arms with her.

We strolled through the house trying not to notice the many teenagers becoming drunk. Eventually we found the pool in the backyard patio. It was beautiful. The pool was large and lavender lights strung around.
