Chapter 16-Date Night!

It was dead on 7pm and I was just walking to Nath's front door. For some strange reason, I was feeling really nervous. I had dressed differently tonight..like my clothes weren't short and I was covered up. For a change I had barely any make up on, just some mascara. I had on, my Aloha dress by Poem and my, Nine west Camya Nude heels. My hair was straight and had some clipped back.  I got to the front door, and knocked on it, waiting for Nath to come and answer it. It didn't take him long to do so.

'Hey Gorgeous,' he greeted me.

'Hey,' I smiled.

'Come in,' he smiled as he opened the door wider to let me in.

'I brought some wine for us,' I told him.

'Brilliant babe, will go nicely with out dinner,' he kissed me.

'What is for dinner?' I asked him.

'You'll have to wait and see,' he smiled.

'Let's hope I like it,' I teased.

'I know you will babe,' he winked.

'How?'

'I have my ways of knowing baby,' he smiled once again.

We walked through to the living room and Jess was in there watching Big Bang Theory. This was one of my favourite programmes. Usually, when I'm hungover, I spend my time watching the boxsets.

'Turn this off Jess,' Nathan instructed.

'No, leave it on, I love this programme,' I stopped her.

'Are you sure babe?' Nath asked. I just nodded as I sat down on the sofa.

'Food shouldn't be too long,' he smiled as he sat down beside me, placing his hand on my leg.

'I'm starving,' I answered.

'That's good to hear babe,' he replied. He sat beside me for a while longer before going to sort the dinner out. He called me to the dining room where I found the table with candles lit around it. Music playing quietly in the background. I think the song was 'Why'd you only call me when you're high by Artic Monkeys' a favourite song of mine. I really wasn't expecting this, I was so surprised, in a happy way.

'Come take a seat babe,'Nath commanded to me, I done what was asked of me.

'You done all this...for me?' I smiled.

'Yes..with help from Jess,' he grinned.

'Thank you..so much,'

'The pleasure is all mine baby,' he kissed my cheek as he placed my plate down infront of me.

'Spag Bol...my favourite meal,' I grinned.

'I know it is,' he smiled.

'How? I've never told you,' I asked.

'I asked your Mum,' he confessed.

'What did you say to her?' I smiled.

'Well, I just started a conversation about food with her and 'randomly' and asked,' he explained.

'You're so sweet,' I kissed him, he just blushed. We began to tuck in and it was delicious.

'You kept being able to cook a secret,' I smiled.

'You like it then?' 

'I love it, it's amazing,' I complemented.

'I'm really glad you do,' he grinned. After eating, we moved to the living room and snuggled up on the sofa. My head was on his chest and his hand was playing with my hair. We put the film 'Anchorman' on. Which happened to be my favourite film.

We watched the film for a while, before falling asleep on the sofa in his arms. We must of slept for a while as I heard a coughing noise, which woke me up. I opened my eyes to find the lads looking down at us. How was I going to explain this to them?

'What's going on here then?' Tom winked.

'Urm..well..ur,' I stuttered as I didn't know what to say in response to that. Nathan  then opened his eyes, and they widened when he noticed the lads stood there.

'How long have you been there?' he asked them.

'Long enough,' Max chirped.

'So why were you cuddled up?' Jay joined in with the interrogation. Nathan and I exchanged looks and I shrugged my shoulder as if to say, ' tell them if you want'. 

'We've been seeing each other,' Nathan revealed to them. 

'For how long?' Siva asked sweetly.

'For over a month,' Nath answered. 

'Why didn't you tell us?'

'We were just seeing how things went,' Nath smiled.

'My Mum doesn't know so keep it quiet for now Ok?' I warned them.

'I'm sure she wouldn't mind if she found out,' Tom answered.

'I'd prefer it if I was the one she heard it from.

' We get ya,' Jay smiled.

'I thought you two would get together,' Max smiled.

'Really?'

'Yeah, just had a feeling,' he replied. 

The only person who needed to know now was Mum..but we'll tell her when we're ready!
