Aria's POV

"From what you have told me, he sounds like a nice guy." I smiled at Janelle.

"I saw James inside. He wouldn't stop starring at you!"

"Shhhh, he could hear you." I looked around to see if he was close by.

"Go talk to him!"

"I am! I'm just waiting until he is not doing anything since he is a groomsmen and helping out the newlyweds."

Janelle gave me a pep talk before approaching James. I was a bit shy.

I saw him standing by himself by the doorway. I let out a huge breath of air and walked up to him.

"Hey." I tapped him on his shoulder.

He seemed surprised to see me. "Hey, hows it going?"

"Good. And yourself?"

"Great." He smiled at me.

"My brother told me you kept starring at me." I said.

"Well my best friend told me you kept starring at me." He smiled.

I blushed and put my head down. "We're both guilty then."

"You don't know how long I have been waiting to finally talk to you." He huffed.

"I could say the same thing." I played around with the ring on my finger.

"You look beautiful Aria. Not just today, but every time I see you, you mesmerize me." He looked into my eyes and I felt as if I could melt with his words.

"Wow, thank you. I don't know what to say." My cheeks were turning even more red.

"Just agree to my dinner invitation for tonight." He held my hand.

"Yea." He kissed my hand and went inside because someone was calling him.

"Aria, I'm gonna tell Ben what I just saw. He's gonna kick that guy's ass." Sean threatened. He was coming out of the bathroom.

My older brother Ben is over-protective of me ever since my parents passed away. I was still young and he took care of me.

"If you tell Ben, I'm going to tell him what you did to his Corvette." I pointed my finger at him.

Sean scratched Ben's Corvette a few weeks ago and it's hidden real well that Ben hasn't noticed to this day.

His eyes widened. "Brat."

I laughed and walked away from him. I know so many things about him, he doesn't even know.

"Aria, we're leaving already. We're staying at our parent's house. Come by later." Lucy gave me a kiss.

Our parent's left their house to Lucy because she is the oldest, but any of us can stay there if we wanted. We all had a key, except for Sean. His lost the privilege when he threw a party.

"Bye Auntie Aria! My nieces and nephews said goodbye and they all left.

"Aria! I forgot to give you my number." James speed walked over to me. He handed me a piece of paper with numbers scribbled on.

"I'll text you." I smiled.

He winked at me and went back inside.
