#3 The Transfer

~*Galaxy's POV*~

After a long night of movies and food, we went to sleep an woman up the next morning later then usual. It was 9:30 a.m, and I was still sleepy. I got to the school on a Friday, so today was Saturday, which means no school. We got dressed and ate breakfast. Skyler went to go check the mail, since sometimes, they send very late mail. She came back with a letter in her hand.

"Oh..." she said.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Liberty High School has had some damaging to the school, so they are canceling the school until it gets repaired. So I have to transfer to....OMG yes!!!!"

"Where?"

"Assendance High School!!!"

"What so special about that?"

"Assendance High School is a school for people that have different powers or a different specialty from others. I've been try into go there for a while!"

"Does that mean that I can be welcomed there?"

"Of course!"

"Yes!!"

Skyler and I did a dance together, as the weirdos we are, and were so excited to attend. For the rest of the weekend, we drew pictures, watched videos, and ate food. When the first day at school arrived, Skyler and I arrived at the school, which had different students attending. I had no sight of the Starlers, so I hoped they went to a different school.  As we were walking, in the corner of my eye, I saw Jon.

'What is he doing here?' I thought to myself. I walked up to him and asked," Hey Jon! What are you doing here?"

"Oh hey Galaxy! Well, there was something I wanted to tell you but never got the chance. You see I'm different as well." He replied.

"What do you me-" I was cut off by him popping out dragon wings and a tail. "Woah."

" Yeah, crazy right?" Jon said as he walked into the school. Still surprised, I walked into the school with a bunch of other people who were different.

"Hey Skyler?" I asked

" Yes?" She replied.

"I forgot to ask, do you have a type of power to come here?"

"Well, I do. I'm half Phenix, I can fly and have the power of fire."

" Woah! That's cool!!" We started to walk to our new lockers and grab our stuff. I still didn't see the Starlers anywhere, so I hoped they went somewhere else.  As I was grabbing my stuff, there was a girl next to me, that had pink hair, and a green, leafy dress on with a flower. She dropped her book, as I help to get it for her.

"Thank you." She said.

"You're welcome ." I said, giving the book to her.

"Did you just, get here?"

"Yes."

"Oh well, nice to meet ya! I'm Rose."

"I'm Galaxy."

"Nice to meet you Galaxy!" Rose said as she pondered off to her class.

I went to my own class with Skyler since we had the same morning class. We went to Math class and sat down to a desk.

"Welcome! I'm Miss Clarcy. I'm going to take attendance." She started saying people's names until she got to mine,"Galaxy?"

"Here!" I replied while raising my hand. She continued attendance until the last person raised their hand.

"Alright class, so today..." Miss Clarcy, continued on with Math terms.

When the bell rang, I walked back to my locker to put my math notebook away, and grab my science notebook. As I was grabbing my notebook, in the corner of my eye, I see a boy, who has talking to Jon. They look as if they were not ready to go to class.The boy had ice and frost all over him. I got a little closer, to see a better look of what was going on. The Boy in ice was yelling at Jon for some reason. I got just a little closer, to here more clear of what they were saying.

"Where's your homework?" The boy in ice said.

"I don't have it on me!" Jon replied, scared for life.

"Well, how am I supposed to copy it if you don't have it?"

"I don't know...."

"You were supposed to bring it for me to copy if you want to keep your reputation."

"But...." Jon just stood there looking down, very scared. The boy in ice was angry. I decided to jump in.

"If you don't have your homework, then you do it yourself when you don't have that class." I said.

"Galaxy?" Jon asked.

"Well well well, whose this Jonathan?" The boy in ice asked.

"It's Jon, and this is my friend, Galaxy."

"Well, nice to meet you, Galaxy." The boy said looking at me. He started to act as if he wasn't bullying Jon."Jon and I are best friends, and sometimes we have fights so we apologize for being loud."

"What?! We're no-" Jon said before getting the boy's hand covered over his mouth.

"Okay, how about this. I won't say anything to a teacher, only if you guys would get along together for a least three hours." I replied to them.

"Fine." They both said, shaking hands.

"And from you, the boy in ice." I continued talking.

"The name is Grey, don't ask how I got the name." Grey replied to my statement.

"Well, I don't want to see anymore bullying from you, or else.."

"Okay..." He said, with a evil-look on his face. I ignored it and continued to walk back to my class.

~*Jon's POV*~

Galaxy continued to walk away to her class. Grey said quietly, but enough for me to hear,"Wow, she's impressive. I might just have feelings for her." 

  I felt some kind of jealous feeling down my chest. 'Do I really have feelings for Galaxy?' I thought to myself.

I walked away from Grey to stay out of more trouble from him, and went to class. While I was walking, I couldn't stop thinking about Galaxy and what Grey said. I ran into a wall, from not paying attention of where I was going. I finally found my class and went inside. My teacher questioned me, however I did not mind and told her I had to go to the bathroom twice, one for going and one for "falling" over on the ground and fell on slime on the floor. She took my lie, and continued on with her lesson.
