Day's POV:

I don't know much about what we are doing but Tess told me we are going to Drake. When we get there we walk in the front doors, June has timed this where everyone is in class. We're following June like little ducklings until we get to a door that says office. June knocks twice then walks right in.

"Ms. Whitaker?" June has walked up the nice looking lady with gray streaked hair.

"Yes honey?"

"Would it be ok if my friends and I use some of the training area outside, I need to teach them some skills."

"Sure Iparis, heres a note."

"I though you would've forgotten me already." June laughs taking the note.

"I couldn't if I tried, you've come in here more than anyone ever. Besides how could I forget that rebellious stare you always had when you were dragged in here."

Now I'm confused, I know that this is where June went to school an dI know that she got in trouble sometimes, but was she more of a trouble maker than I thought? June walked around the desk and hugged Ms. Whitaker, then walked out of the office.

When we were out of the office she walked to the end of one of the halls and opened the door for us to come out. I walk out first and I'm met with an amazing field of targets, rock walls, rope ladders, everything.

"Alright Tess, where do you want to start?" June puts her hands on her hips with her back facing the training area.

Tess is just starring wide eyed at the area, "This is where you got so good?"

"Yes but if we don't get over there then you'll never know how much fun it is."

Eden jumps up in the air and fist pumps, "Lets do this thing!"

He starts to run towards the area but June grabs him by the collar and swings him back into place. She stares him down, "First Tess has to choose where to start."

"Knives." Tess is bouncing up and down with energy. This is going to be so much fun.

We walk over to the targets and June gets us started on just trying to hit the target. She shows us how to throw and then walks to her own target. I can feel the eyes of students watching our failure but I'm not going to do anything about it because I know they can take me down easily.

From behind me I hear laughter and someone saying, "They suck. That girl on the end," they say pointing at June, "Is horrible I could beat her any day."

You could tell that gets on June's last nerve she grabs a throwing knife, spots the guy on the rope latter and turns in a full circle chucking the knife to where I slices a part of the rope ladder and he struggles to hold on. She yells, "Come down here and try, you choose what we will do and they," she waves her arm to everyone, "will choose the winner."

"Whatever," he replies climbing down the ladder, "Your making a big mistake challenging me."

"If you still haven't notice who I am then you're more of an idiot I though you were."

"Fine, I choose hand to hand combat."

I can't help but smile thinking back to when she fought Kaede, this is kid is in for a treat.

They both walk over to a mat and stand on either side. The teacher has decided to ref and is smiling widely, it might be because he has already recognized June. They get ready for their fight, there will be three round and no weapons.

Slowly they circle each other, he already has his fists protecting his face, June is frolicking around the mat with a small smile on her face. The guy takes his chance and charges her, thinking that she is distracted, June had already anticipated an attack like that. He come forward to grab her but she springs over his front flipping for the fun of it. He comes at her again and throws a punch, she grabs his fist twists her body to where her back is facing him.

He mumbles, "Bad idea."

Her only response is, "Idiot."

She bends over and pulls him over the top of her, now she has him pinned to the ground, her feet are holding his arms and she had her forearm pressed up agains his throat.

"Give up yet?" She teases knowing there is no way out of this. He takes his foot and taps the mat three times.

Round One is over. June won.

Round Two is over. June won.

Round Three is over. June won.

"Dang girl you're good," he sighs.

"I have to be, I had to keep up with him," she jerks her thumb back to me, I pull my hair that was tucked up in a hat out and everyones eyes widen.

I hear multiple whispers, "She's the prodigy."

"You guys do know there is more than one prodigy right, or was that never established?" June states, she turns her head to me, "Day here was also a prodigy, the Republic just didn't want him, which was stupid. By the way I have a name, and probably a plaque somewhere saying, 'biggest trouble maker'. The names June, anyone else?"

No one wanted to challenge her.
