I'm the first one in the door with Day not far behind. Standing in the living room I yell, "Eden I know you're here come out already!"

"I can't, Day told me to stay put!" He's in my kitchen, I hope he hasn't  destroyed it.

"If you don't come out I won't tell you where the cupcakes are!"

"To late I already found them, red velvet my favorite, you know me so well."

I turn around and look at Day, "Stay put I'll go get him."

"Please say you have security cameras around here so I watch his reaction on replay." Oh Day always wants something to hold over Eden's head.

I creep down the sleek hallways careful not to make a sound to tip Eden off. I reach the corner right before the kitchen and peek around it, his back is turned, I take my chance and run for the kitchen door. I step onto the door handle and leap for the top of the door, I barely catch myself from falling. I use my arms to hoist me up onto the top of the door and crouch there. I know Eden has heard me because I hear him turn around. His curiosity gets the best of him and he starts to walk out of the kitchen, he is two feet out of the door way when I jump from the door. I land right on top of him. He screams not seeing me coming.

"June! Not funny you cost me my cupcake," he cries pointing a foot or two away at a smashed cupcake.

"You scream like a girl," I tease tapping my pointer finger on his nose.

"I second that," Day walks around the corner scooping up the cupcake and taking a bite, "I bet Antarctica could've heard you."

"Could not," pouts Eden while he crosses his arms, he doesn't like to act like the 20 year old he is.

"Could too." These Wing brothers are such kids.

"Boys calm down," I sigh trying to look tired so they will stop.

"You sound like our mother," says Eden. I look up at Day to see his face fall but he recovers quickly not letting Eden see. I decide to chance the subject before the awkward silence sets in.

"Where are you guys going to stay?"

"I don't know we got off the airplane and came straight here with no plans," states Day.

"Are you planning on staying?"

"Of course!" Ok well at least he sticks with his answers, I don't know what I would've done if he said no. Probably curl up on the couch with a gallon bucket of ice cream and watch sad movies alone.
