When will we get our happy ending?

Chapter 4

Me and David have been going out for about a month now, he asked me a few weeks ago, if we could get together. He said we make a great couple and he can't stop thinking about me, I was so happy when he asked because I really like him.
I'm just currently getting ready to go to the park, and feed some ducks. I'm meeting David there. I took a last glance in the mirror and smiled at my appearance. I just decided to wear leggings and a t-shirt with ugg boots, it was a sunny day outside so no need for a jumper, I grabbed the bread for the ducks from my kitchen and grabbed my keys of the table. I locked the door then headed in the direction of the park, after ten minutes I was at the bench's and the pond their were people all around feeding the ducks and swans, I looked around and saw David walking over to me

"Hey" I said walking upto him

"Hi" he said walking upto me and embracing me in a big warm hug
He gave me a kiss then we separated and walked over to the water.

"How are you?" David asked

"I'm good how's you?" I said smiling up at him

"Me too now that your here" he winked at me.

I blushed and pulled out some bread ripping it up I chucked it into the water, a little duck swam over too it and ate it all up, so I gave it some more. We walked around for a bit looking at random things and eating a chocolate ice cream cone.
It was getting cold now I thought to myself shivering.
I suddenly felt someone was watching me and it wasn't David because he was right next to me, I looked over my shoulder and sure enough there was a dark figure staring at me and David. He had a smirk on his face, I gasped

"Elizabeth what's Wrong?" David asked he must have heard me gasp

"Th-there was a man over there!" I said in a scared voice I turned around and pointed behind us but there was no one there.

"H-he was right there!!" I stutterd in shock

"He's away now let's get you home, it's getting dark" David put his arm around me and we started walking in the direction to my house. I was really scared of that man, I got a really weird feeling just looking at him and it wasn't a good one I thought to myself. All the way home I looked back atleast every ten minutes to make sure no one was following us, but there was no one. It was just me and David walking along in silence. Did he even believe me? I mean he didn't see him only me. I thought to myself.. "David, do you think that's the same guy that i saw  over a month ago now? I know that was ages ago but I don't know something seems weird" I said looking straight ahead. "I'm not sure  I mean it was awhile ago" he replied. We finally got to my house. I pulled out my keys and unlocked my door. And in we went to the dark house.
